I took a friend of mine to this liquor store just now. he is not from FL… when he was at the cashier he was asked for his ID he presented his ID from his country which clearly shows his DOB, the cashier refused to sell a simple box of beer stating that he can’t purchase there because he doesn’t have a FL state ID; he then asked for a a manager who pretty much backed the cashier position, question for all of you… since when you can’t by at a liquor store if you not from FL.
But that’s not the end lol, I was waiting in the parking lot and my friend called me to explain the issue and I told him don’t worry I have my FL DL I’ll go inside now… little you know the little crazy manager had the balls “she was a female but now days you don’t know lol” to said that I can’t purchase there neither… like are you f kidding me? Does the company allow this type of people to act like this? Does @totalwineliquorstore train their managers to be customer oriented? Any ways please just go the Publix liquor store which is around the block from this place… by the way prices are better too lol

The manager Teshorna is quite rude and disrespectful. When I went to check out the employee asked for my ID, that is when I noticed I had forgotten the ID at home but instead had a picture. The manager Teshorna was contacted and informed me in a very disrespectful way that I could not use a picture ID and had to leave the store! I've always shopped there, and she could have just informed that that a physical ID is required, and maybe save my stuff on the side for me to go and come back. Instead she was just rude barely looked at the picture and told me to leave. I was unable to purchase a gift for Father's Day. That is ridiculous ; my family and I are frequent Total Wine customers. It's utterly humiliating; the way she spoke to me was disrespectful and humiliating in front of every other customer there. She spoke to me and such a rude way that after the total wine employees came up to me, apologizing for the way, she spoke to me. I will not be going back there again. The entire issue with the manager is incredibly unpleasant she is a customer service manager, who does not know how to deliver customer service and needs to be better trained because if it continues to go that way this went, total wine will lose a lot of customers, and the policies don't match what's online. I completely understand that companies has policy, but it’s mainly the way that you treat your customers. To make it clear I had no problem on going to pickup my ID but it’s the way she treated me as a customer that forced me not to come back again!

$ this is the first time that I was in a Total Wine store I signed up for the rewards it was free would you email and phone number I was happy that I called first before going they were very courteous on the phone I asked if they had a few items they did and the prices were absolutely phenomenal I couldn't believe it bye-bye public so I'm not going back there. I highly recommend this store it's beautiful well stocked and very courteous attendance very clean
