I purchased cabinets for over $15k. The white filler pieces do not match the cabinets or the side panels. I have been told “too bad” by Maria in the Coral Springs office. I have sent numerous emails and requests for a supervisor, owner or anyone with authority to contact me. To date, I have not received any response.

Most unprofessional group of people ordered cabinets since Nov 22nd was promised 3 days delivery today is 27th of December still haven't received my cabinets lost a great customer.

By far the most unprofessional sorry experience ever. My original design with them was done using a 42'' blind, they didn't have the 42'' and said the 45'' would be the same given the 42'' they used in my design was 3 inch away from the wall. They made a mistake and didn't realized when they told me it was the same it was not. The 42''s door was 15 inches wide and 45''s was 18 inches. Thus if they actually put the 45 in the schematic they would have been told it by the syste
