Today I had the displeasure of dealing with the store manager by the name of Gianna. I can say in my 50 years that has to be the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my shopping experience. I purchased a fashion bracelet at the jewelry counter Eight days ago, I wore it twice and the clasp opens on its own, so I decided to exchange it for something else. I must say I did not have said tag that belongs to the bracelet, and when a sales associate used my receipt to try to look up the item, it was listed as three rings apparently. The sales associate, then called the store manager Gianna over and warned that more than likely would not be favorable. I will say she did not fib. I understand and respect, Store policies, as a consumer I was hoping with my receipt, and the card I paid for the item with that there could be an exception. That was not the case. I do not have an issue with being told no, I do have an issue with being disrespected. Gianna asked me why didn't I try to return the bracelet any sooner and my reply to her was that I had a busy work schedule so I wasn't able to come in. She then proceeded to tell me that she had a busy schedule as well, and then she proceeded to tell me how she has to work full-time and she has a eight month old child at home . She also decided that I needed to see the plaque that has the return policy so she picked it up and slammed it on the counter. When I decided that I should try to de-escalate by using a soft tone and letting her know that she was being disrespectful, it only got worse. There were other patrons standing around so I turned to them and I asked them if I was being sensitive if they didn't hear her being rude. She then reprimanded me for that and said I was trying to get others involved. I was so humiliated. She also decided to tell me that I can't just decide to return things without a tag , "shits and giggles" I refuse to believe that someone that has been promoted in this company, a company that I had spent my money with, for numerous years train their employees let alone a manager to deal with people in that manner.

DONT COME TO THIS STORE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE COMING WITH YOUR FAMILY AND YOU HAVE LITTLE ONES. THE STORE MANAGER HOWARD IS BEYOND RUDE!!! YELLED AT ME AND MY DAUGHTER. HE WAS HUFFING AND PUFFING AROUND WHILE WORKING. SO RUDE!!! THERES A POLITE WAY TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE. MY 4 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WAS BEING A KID AND EXCITED OVER THINGS ESPECIALLY IT BEING THE HOLIDAY SEASON. SHE EVEN NOTICED AND WAS SCARED. NOT RETURNING. FELT SO UNCOMFORTABLE

Ive been in the market for a recliner for a while now and found a nice one here. As I was sitting on it testing the comfort, texting my significant other to come see it, a manager walked up to me and told me to get off the furniture as they couldn't sell with me on it. Good job. You also can’t sell it when you tell prospective buyers to get off without even considering their intention.

Store was nicely arranged. I went in the middle of the day on a weekday so there weren't a ton of people in the store. Which is always good when you're shopping at these types of stores. I was a little disappointed because I didn't find what I was looking for. I also noticed this store doesn't carry a lot of higher end products. This store is located in Coral springs off of University Drive. All in all, it was a good experience.

The wait in the line is extremely long, almost fainted in line, 7 registers and only 3 slow cashiers, cashiers should have sense of urgency when the line is backed up in the juniors section!!

Howard the supervisor was very rude. I asked if a room spray that did not have a cap on could get a discount and he did not even look at my face and said absolutely not!!! The cashier was very polite and the rest of the stores employees were super nice. Supervisor to my surprise was not

A lot of hidden gems if you look but it's nothing special. Go here for the jewlery and bags, go to Ross for shoes and clothes, go to Marshall's for everything else

6 registers and 3 slow cashiers with 40 people in line. I only picked up about 6 small items, and the line was three aisles long. Please add an express lane.
