They kept giving my friends and I dirty looks while looking at the clothes saying we were being loud but we weren't??? I tried on a hoodie and one of the workers was snarky about me trying it on while looking for a mirror to see how it looked. They kept telling us to stop being disruptive as well (we literally weren't doing anything disruptive). Glad I didn't waste my money here.

Overall the worst display of management knowledge, conveyance of information and corporate policy / regulation knowledge. The manager (Victoria - if she really was the manager on duty) proved to not know corporate policy and insisted on making her own policies on the spot in regards to returns. My wife bought a shirt 4 days ago and noticed there was a hole under the sleeve (receipt was thrown away). As we went into the store to ask for a simple exchange since the shirts were right in front of us on a display, Victoria proceeds to say that she needs a receipt in order to do an exchange. We still stated, that the time was defective, and we just want an equal exchange. She refused and said this is store policy. As we left, I looked up the corporate exchange policy, (pictured below), I saw that she was incorrect and went back into to the store and asked how well she knew corporate policies. Her statement, pretty well, as I proceeded to show her what the corporate policy stated. As I was just directly pinpointing she was incorrect, she took that as being confrontational and said this was her store and her policy which trumps corporate policy. (Making up her own policy) I called corporate, and they agreed as to her handling of the issue was not in line with corporate policy. Still did not get an exchange; however the manager at this location proves to just collect a paycheck as opposed to understanding the corporate vision and mission statement and knowing truly the roles and responsibilities of a "manager".

I had a fantastic shopping experience, wich was only enhanced by the wonderful staff. The gentleman that helped me, Jullian was his name I believe, provided excellent customer service!

These young folks working here have ZERO manners or respect!!! Claire was occupied answering the phone, while assisting with a simple purchase I made. I returned item for a refund after how I was clearly treated. She NEVER said hello, or thank you. The most irritating part was she place my change on the counter, after I handed her my payment. She mumbled something to her coworker, and walked off. Her two other coworkers smirked, and wished me a Happy New. Luckily the young lady in Journeys, had PLENTY of manners & respect and we purchased an awesome backpack. Never will I step foot in another #Tillys

Whenever I shop here, the customer service seems to always be great until today. I was shopping for Champion gear today and was greeted in a rather snarky tone by an older woman dressed in a white shirt. She was moving tables and other fixtures around and I noticed she was even snarky to other customers and the associates - adding to this, she was also disrespectful the associates; getting annoyed when she hears something she does not like, presumably, and walking away during mid explanation or talk. She had a very nonchalant body language that visibly read that she doesn’t want to be here and appeared like she didn’t want to be bother. I’m not sure if this is someone from management but if she is, I feel bad for the people who work under her, they all look miserable.

Went in to grab some clothes over the weekend and I have to say that I experienced some of the best customer service I have ever had in a retail clothing store. I will definitely be going back when I need to grab some more shirts!

So my 11 y/o has been raving about clout goggles, which all along I've been calling cloud glasses. We finally went to the mall to this really cool store that I've not heard of, much less been to. Well... what an awesome place this is! And the prices are fantastic! In fact, my daughter was at the outlet stores in Orlando this past weekend and the goggles were $10, but we bought two for $15 at TiLLY'S today. This store has a large selection of backpacks and lunch bags. See my photos! And Lani, who by the way, is just the greatest ever, said they are getting a new shipment in for back to school [Aug. 15th]. Speaking of, they have a section of clearance items at 30% off, and a lot of clothes, shoes, and accessories throughout the large, but crowded store. I really don't mind the trade off though because they have a lot of variety to fit within the allotted space. I made a mental picture of a few things we both liked, and we will be going back (Lord willing] this coming weekend! TiLLY'S is very accessible. Just west of Sears, next to Kids Foot Locker, across VS, and the best place to park is by Kohl's-- where the kids play area sits.
