I have been a customer for many many years. The last time they installed a new 9 gallon Dainvac was 10 years ago. Their equipment is that good. A couple of days ago they replace it with a new one. They showed up on time and did a professional job. This time I thought I could get a 4 gallon Drainvac instead. However, that night, I realized that I wanted the 9 gallon so I texted Robert who responded right away. What amazes me is that after all these years, Robert continues to engage directly with his customers and continues to be as passionate as he was 10 years ago about taking care of his customers. The next day his crew showed up to replace it with a new 9 gallon. Needless to say, I was very happy. I highly recommend Think Vacuum because I know that when something needs to be fixed, Robert will do what it takes to make it right. Thank you Robert and team!

I also found ThinkVacuums online. When I called, a real human answered! Dan helped me solve the problem I was dealing with easily, items were shipped w/o delay, and prices were very reasonable! I plan to be a repeat customer. Thank you!

Excellent customer service from the technician Dan. He helped me trouble shoot my 20 year old Nutone and advised me on a new purchase with everything I will need to get back to clean.

I bought attachment for central vac on 4-15-24. 2 hours after purchase on line, they call and said we do not have it and it will come late June. I said cancel it. The y said okay. Since then I am calling requesting refund. Is 4-31-24 and NO REFUND. BE AWARE. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They are THIEVES. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I've ordered products from Think Vacuums before. Kenny is very knowledgeable and got me the right part on the first try. He gave me an approximate ETA for delivery, but it arrived in half the time. I'm not normally impressed, but the service I received was amazing.

Don’t give your money to this nasty nasty of a lady that owns this company. Look at her responses to other negative reviews. She is a nasty and rude person. Be very cautions ordering from this company! If i could leave NO stars I would. I had a fraudulent charge attempt on my card from someone trying to order from this company. I called in nicely trying to get information on who tried to order with them at a specific time and the amount. The lady I spoke with claims to be the owner and was extremely rude and even hung up on me. She could see the charge, said it was a fake name but then lied saying she can’t see any detailed information. After she RUDELY hung up on me I called back and got Hunter. Hunter was absolutely AMAZING and had the BEST customer service. If you decide to go with this company, request Hunter as your sales rep. He will get you taken care of and make sure you are happy and comfortable before the call is over. But, I honestly wouldn’t want to give that rude lady a dime of my money.
PS: Ms. Rude lady that says you are the owner, you should really work on your customer service skills. You were VERY rude and just didn’t have any patience. Should never be nasty to anyone especially trying to just find out information on an attempt charge or hung up on someone. As an owner, you should be willing to help and be kind. Oh and give Hunter a raise, he made up where you lack.
I have seen the owners responses to other peoples negative posts and you are absolutely the worst “business owner” and really need to take a lesson on your customer service skill. If you are that miserable with your life maybe it’s time to retire!

Was really a pleasure. Was cruising the web doing my research and had an eye on a Sebo vacuum. Came across this site and clicked on live chat which I didn't think anyone would respond to at 9:30 at night but to my surprise Dorothy replied within 30 seconds and suggested what would be best for our needs with the patience to answer all my questions.
She told me to call Ken the next day to place the order which I did.
Ken was also very helpful and made the transaction really fast and easy.
I think this is a good honest company and would recommend them to others.

I ordered a part for my central vacuum which was sent to me via UPS. Unfortunately, it was damaged when I received it, and it couldn't be used. I contacted Ken in the Sales Department, and he quickly sent a replacement. I was so pleased when I opened the smashed shipping box to find they had wrapped both ends of the item in bubble wrap, therefore avoiding another damaged part and creating a very happy customer. Thank you for going the extra mile!! I really appreciate you.
