So I went to this Target just now & OH MY GOD It's bad. First things first the Starbucks is really bad cuz we got 2 drinks and waited 20 minutes and the was only like 5 people in the store like wut? And we went just after Christmas so all the toys were gone but they DIDNT RESTOCK THE TOYS It's my cousins birthday and he likes superheroes LIKE THERE WERE NO BATMAN TOYS and it was just a really bad experience. 1/10

Recommend to reconsider if you are considering shopping or pick up purchases. Items lost, drove out of my way to pick up, waited 40 minutes, poor accountability, no solution. I would unfortunately recommend you do a pick up or shopping at another location if you’re looking for reliability.

I do curbside pick up here regularly. The staff who deliver to the car are amazing. Always courteous. My orders always correct. However, whenever I try to call the store when I do have an issue which has happened three separate occasions I have called over 50 times and it rings and then hangs up and when you call back that’s what happens. You cannot get anybody on the phone in any department. This is not just during the holidays. This is all year long. Customer service desk ruined the entire experience. It makes me never want to shop here again.

I’ve been shopping here since it opened. Don’t know why, but ever since the remodel on Westview it is not the same. Go there on the weekends and the shelves are empty always out of stock especially in the cosmetics, shampoo —health and beauty area. Probably because it is smaller now they can’t keep it stocked. With only one register open, I don’t get why lately they don’t have ALL self check out stations open. They added more, but won’t open them? I love Target for the cleanliness, wide isles, assortment and over all shopping experience, and would really rather shop here because it’s closer to home. I truly hope they fix these issues. Most importantly get the customers money and out the door quickly. I’ve been in Retail management all my life so disappointing.

How is it possible that you say hello to place an order and two employees stay as if no one is asking you, one of those employees continued ordering some plastic and the other went to the back ignoring my presence, and twice I told her I'm Can someone here help me? This behavior is unfortunate, the first time I have seen a client being ignored.

I used to love this store before they remodeled. I hate this store for several reasons now... First, it may look "fancy" but their new remodel makes products hard to find. On top of that, why remodel of you're not going to zone your departments, they are extremely messy and the place looks trashed. Second, while shopping the other day, there were NO open registers with cashiers...only self checkout. Self check is a PITA if you have more than 5 items. Checked out, one of my items had a hidden security tag. We set off the alarm, nobody came to check why the alarm went off, and we returned to the self check area. The poor older lady in charge of the 6 or so self checkouts was running like crazy to assist everyone, so I had to wait forever to have her remove the security tag on my sweatpants...yes, sweatpants. The whole shopping experience is frustrating, to be honest. I worked for Target in another state...we would have gotten our a$$es handed to us had our store had that appearance and treated guests like this store does. The LOD should be embarrassed.

Toxic work environment. Looking for a pleasant place to work? This is not it! This store is mismanaged due to management lack of knowledge and simply not present. Understaffed store = overworked team members and unappreciated employees.

This is a great store. It’s always clean and organized. The staff are very friendly. They usually have everything I need in stock. It not I can always order it. All in all this is a great store location.
