Drive up and online order pick up are the worst at this location. The girl today was literally bringing one order at a time at the drive up….like she didn’t know how to multitask. Waited over 20 min and it wasn’t even busy.

Lousy store no one helps or cares they just talk with one another . Went to website looking for auto products like washer fluid, fuel system cleaner says they have it . They have absolutely nothing in auto except a few items . Store and company ran like a joke. Never will ho back.

This store is in a nice suburb… but is so understaffed that all clothing is on the floor. Mangled up.. mess! All shoes never organized all over the floor as well.. can’t even pass with a cart through the aisles.
Sadly gotta say that the Walmart in the same area is cleaner and more put together.

Understaffed and no sense of urgency. On May 8th, only one checkout line was open. The register went down and waited 45 minutes for it to be fixed. I had security tagged items so I couldn’t use the self checkout. This is normal for this store. I will never go there again.

advise you to think twice before going shopping or picking up something. Items lost, drove out of my way to pick up, waited 40 minutes, inadequate responsibility, no answer. Unfortunately, if you're searching for reliability, I would advise you to pick up or shop somewhere else.
