JESSIE I JUST GOT A BILL FOR OVER $500. I TRIER CALLING BUT NO ONE EVER ANSWERES. I WILL BE IN TODAY BUT KNOW THAT IVE CONTACTED AN ATTY TO TAKE CARE OF THIS. ILL BRING YOU HIS RESPONSE. BASED ON HOW YOU HANDLE THIS WILL TELL ME IF I PROCEED WITH HIM OR NOT. WHAT HAPPENED TO ME SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN TO ANY CUSTOMER.I should have read reviews first. Was totally ripped off and as a senior feel so taken advantage of. Was told by a supervisor that store can override. We will see tomorrow. Right now STAY AWAY!!! Far away

American yy man lied about T-mobile program on Tuesday , july and 18th, 2023. Almost one hour before store closed he didn’t want to get any customer. I came there at 7.15 p.m . Don’t trust people working there

Sebastian really did an awesome job getting me and my wife into 2 new phones and 2 free Apple Watches! He helped with the promos and got it all setup. Great experience, will go back if I need anything else!

Please do not go store 1339. Employee l refused to take care of me and refused to take care of me but he took care of other customer and he went to break room and I was waiting at least 30 mins. T mobile employees discrimate customer

This store is understaffed and very loud. On three different occasions I walked in to purchase a new iPhone. Each time every employee was either helping another customer or looking at a computer screen; no one every acknowledged me. The store plays constant, loud, thumping hip hop music -- I don't know how anyone could possibly communicate with the employees. It's like buying a cell phone in a busy night club.

Don't purchase anything here, you can order everything directly from T-Mobile and avoid the fees this store imposes. The majority of T-Mobile stores are owned by independent dealers. Judging by the attitude I received by the manager here and apparent lack of customer service training, I’d venture to say this is an independently owned store. Store reps are salespeople, they receive commissions on device and accessory sales. They will lie to make a buck – read on. The reps on the phone are not on commission and they are far better trained at handling customer issues. I told the store rep that I wanted the phone model with the higher storage capacity. Instead of telling me they didn’t have it in stock, she just brought me whatever they had. You can't tell the storage just by looking at phone or the box. I wasn’t told, “I’m opening the box for phone model such and such.” When I realized what she was giving me wasn't what I wanted, she said she had already opened the box so I *had to* take the phone. That’s a blatant lie, which the store manager confirmed at a later time. The same sales rep also said I could call T-Mobile directly and ask to have the correct phone shipped. Conveniently, she failed to mention that I would have to pay a $70 restocking fee for the wrong phone that she gave me (still new in the box). Presumably, she gets a spiff (sales commission) on device sales, so if I had not purchased the phone at the store, she would lose out on that. Had I known about the restocking fee, I might have opted to keep the phone and not pay extra for another. It gets even better. The sales rep added a phone charger to my total. I told her I didn't need it, and her response was, quote: "I'm not allowed to sell you the phone without the charger." Really? Please show me the written policy on that because I'm sure the Legal dept at T-Mobile corporate would love to see it. More opportunities for the sales rep to increase her commission, by lying to customers at the same time. The store manager noted that the same sales rep had caused similar issues with other customers. However, when I asked the manager to waive the restocking fee, she refused. I asked if I could get the charge waived by calling T-Mobile Customer Service, and she said yes. Guess what, two different Customer Service reps said they couldn't waive it because it was the store that sold the phone. So, the store manager seemingly lied, as well (notice a pattern here?) After multiple calls to Customer Service and registering a formal complaint against the store, Customer Service finally agreed to credit my account for $70 (it’s not a credit on the restocking fee per se), and apologized for the situation. At the end of the day, it's not about the money, it's about principle. The rep lied to get a commission, the store manager lied about the fee waiver, and worse, she didn't even want to make it right, even though she acknowledged that her employee was wrong to begin with. I wasted time on a beautiful weekend day trying to fix this store’s wrongs. Not worth the aggravation. We won’t be purchasing anything from this location, there are plenty of other ways to shop for the same service and devices.

Team member Tay helped me get a new phone and open 2 lines for my kiddos. Tay was very knowledgeable and patient person. She knew what she had to do and helped me save more $ on my account. Even though the system processing these transactions was going fairly slow, she still managed to help other customers waiting for service and help me still. She was just an awesome person to deal with and a pleasant experience overall. She deserves a raise+ steady hours because I would love to find her here if I ever need to come back in for service. Thank you Tay.

I was a Verizon customer for three years and never really had any problems with my service so I was a very satisfied customer. In September 2021 my husband and I started losing internet service Monday through Friday from approximately 10 AM until 4 PM. I called customer service so many times that I could probably write a book about it. First they tried rebooting my phone about three or four different times which never worked. Then I was advised we were receiving service from a crowded tower and and each time I was given a different solution such as we needed to upgrade our service, we needed to add a security plan to our service because someone might’ve been hacking into our line, etc. Needless to say, none of the “solutions” worked. My daughter switched to T-Mobile and had absolutely no service issues whatsoever. My husband and I were only a few months away from paying our phones off which is why we didn’t switch to T-Mobile sooner. But finally in May of 2022 we were able to switch our service to T-Mobile. They have been wonderful with everything and we have not lost our Internet service for even one minute since switching over. If anyone is experiencing a similar problem I suggest you do the same, you won’t regret it!
