The staff at T-Mobile in the Mall are great. I got a new phone and I was up and running as soon as I got home. AND I got a new router for WiFi and internet. After 30 years of AT&T weak service and very expensive cable TV I'm watching a ROKU TV at a fraction of the cost. I brought the box home and plugged it in. No waiting for a service man. Thanks T-Mobile.

Over the past 6months being a Tmobile customer has been the most exhausting experience in my entire life. I went into this store in July to upgrade my daughters iphones, during the upgrade conversation with Niiko, I was offered a free ipad. We are now in December and between this store that handled the original transactions and customer service, no one can figure out how to ensure I am paying for what I have, instead I am being double charged for equipment I do not have, they acknowledge this is an error on their part BUT it is still not resolved. Ever since July, I've spent at least 1hr every month since calling customer service to find out why my bill is still not corrected. Customer service sends me to the store, and when I've went into this store where the issue started, and talked to Darnell the store manager, he claims to have called customer service to resolve the issue, and just when I think it's fixed, the following months bill is STILL inaccurate. I am beyond frustrated and refuse to keep going back and forth to this store, as this is now a complete waste of my time. T-mobile corporate and this Tmobile store in particular, have zero care and concern for their customers because if they did, this would not be an ongoing issue. It seems as though no one works in their corporate offices to really look into their lack of customer experience relations at this store. The district manager of this store Sebastian has yet to return my call to discuss this issue and resolve it. I will never refer anyone to Tmobile, they constantly give you the run around and have zero concern for how their lackadaisical approach to resolutions affects their customers. I will be escalating this issue beyond customer service!

An awesome experience with the sale rep Eli. I used to be a T-Mobile customer about 10 yrs ago and now went back to open a line. She’s very informative and knowledgeable about what the customer needs. Today I went back to make more purchases and asked for Eli to help me. And again she did the same excellent service with very professional.

BILL INCREASED BY 70% DUE TO BEING LIED AT THIS LOCATION. I went there in July 2023. I asked about promos and they told me they can upgrade my phone every 2 years for free. I just have to trade in the phone and I will receive a bill credit each month to cover the phone for 2 years. My bill would have to be changed from the current $140 plan I had to the $170 plan. I did not mind the $30 increase since the 2 phones I upgraded to iPhone 14 will be covered. 2 months later my bill is now $110 MORE and sure enough the phone does not receive a monthly credit. I'm now stuck in a plan that does not benefit me and paying an increase of 70%.

The girl working at this location is very rude by her face gestures, I came in to get a screen protector replacement for a family member and i did not know the model of the phone, I asked them to look up the account with the phone number and they said that was not possible? Another gentlemen helped me and was able to get phone information right away. Anyway, she needs an attitude check instead of dancing to music, maybe she should humble herself a bit and not roll her eyes at customers.

Not good customer service. People here don't seem like they really don't want to work or help anyone, very passive and unhelpful.
