Called today to check if they have a phone and one of the employees said they had it and asked him to please verify due to myself coming an hour away from the place, got there the guy that I talked to in the phone didn't even looked at me when I told him I just called. Didn't have it drove an hour away for nothing, then tried to sell me a phone I didn't want, worst T-mobile customer service.

Justin , Hector and Josh were great today. The service I received was impeccable. The guys were patient, and explained everything in order for me to understand what was being done. Customer Service from these three young men was excellent. Thank you guys.

Worst customer service ever at this location! Carl especially, we were in the middle of a transaction and he decided to go take lunch without saying word, bad attitude from the beginning.. Needs to learn customer service.. A T Mobile representative I was talking to on the phone took over the whole transaction and took care of everything, What Carl said wasn't available, this representative got us a better deal then expected!

Raheem was the guy who came go take care of me. I saw his name alot on the reviews so I was hoping for a great experience as well. He switched me over from att and was capable of bringing all of my stuff over from the old phone. I'm glad I'm done with att and I'm glad I went to the ramblewood location especially Raheem for helping me alot. Thank you guys

T-Mobile University Dr & Ramblewood Dr: Raheem was extremely helpful. We had gone to T-Mobil in Coral Springs Mall the night before and waited over an hour and never even got acknowledged that we were there. We then went to T-Mobil on Unoversity/Ramblewood, they greeted us, entered our name into their wait list, and were working with us in a short period of time. Raheem provided great customer service, presented all of our options, and made his recommendation on a plan that he felt was our best fit. This will be our T-Mobil Store!

Raheem is an amazing rep who helpwd me and my husband get new phones from simple mobile. I was crying tears of joy when he was able to get my number feom simple mobile bwcause i havent used it in months. Please go to raheem whenever you need something here.

I had a very good experience at this location today. My phone locked on me last night and it would not allow me to do anything but emergency calls. Yusniel Fernandez had just got there and it was quite a few people waiting to be taken care of. The agent he was talking to could not help him and he kept telling him it's not just numbers. Finally he got it unlocked. Thanks Yusniel for having patience because it was not an easy task and you hung in there for me. Very happy ? customer.

I would not recommend this T-Mobile to anyone. Was greeted by a female rep at 1 pm on 10/8 (wish she shared her name so I could write it here). We were inquiring about switching from AT&T with a family of 7 lines and we felt like she was unbothered with us from the very beginning. Texting on her phone the entire time, quoted us for the wrong plan and didn’t catch it until WE pointed out the mistake, was so engrossed with her phone she wasn’t even answering our questions. We literally got up and walked out. If I was doing her employee evaluation it would be a 0 because she just lost the company 7 lines of service.
