This bank has completely broken me and my family.They have stolen they have robbed us and scammed if anyone is thinking about signing up with this bank please don’t they will rob you.Look at all the hurt customers they simply do not care about us this bank needs to be shut down please don’t fund this bank foolishness and scam artists ways thank you so much.

I'v with with suntrust for over 18 years no issues, I got 2 voicemails from the Froud department at 4: 10 and 4:55 PM on 11/10/2022 the day before veteran day. telling me that if I did not respond by 5 PM that they will return my check. I called today to let them know it is ok it is for my rent they can process the check and they are closed no answer. now the owner will have a bounce back check for me and all kind of issues come with, I moving away from Truist.

Horrible people, with horrible customer service, the security of your money in this bank is 0!Branch manager has 0 care for his customers! All he care is the fees!Mickey mouse will do it better then him!and i have a business account and personal account there with high balances! After 20 years i am telling them goodbye and hopefully they’ll learn how to treat their valued customers!

I have a line of credit. I couldn't pay the $5 balance from online or the app, it wouldn't allow me. It stated a $0 balance when I'm on the payment screen, so its a faulty app and website. I called the loan officer at the branch to discuss what's going on and dispute the charges. She wasn't even sure what the fees were for saying it could be just for having the loan open. She told me to call customer service. The notice I received said to call my branch. Customer service said I needed to talk to my loan officer. So I call the loan officer back and she said she would look into and call me back. She never did. At this point its not even worth disputing even though its their systems fault so I'm just paying it off. Also I'm paying a $10 collection charge on a $5 balance for a loan.

Worst bank ever, nasty associates at the new location by fresh market. Takes 30-45 minutes to get a simply cashiers check. They give you the 5th degree as they must work for pennies and consider 10k a lot of money. Branch smells as old and probably covered with covid.

Even with the craziness of this pandemic, they were able to accommodate me and my son who needed to get things in order before he left for college. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Joy. This is a very good bank with low fees and they do bend over backwards for their customers.

I have been banking at this particular branch office since 1996. I have seen over 22 years of changes but even with new staff and managers, over the years, they will always try to go out of their way to help their customers. Some of the staff were actually there when we first opened our account. Longevity in employees is always a good sign. Special thanks to Johanne, Beatrice and Carlos !
