The employees were not very knowledgeable, they second guessed themselves when giving us a quote for our bill. Almost all of the phones were on back order so they had to order the phones we wanted. Then we received conflicting information from the 2 employees at the store regarding how much the phones they had to order would cost per month. I am not sure if they were withholding information to make more money, or if they didn't know what they were doing.

Jeffrey gave me a better deal than I could ever imagine! I got Sprint Drive that allows me to access AAA Roadside Assistance for only $2.50. If that's not a deal, I don't know what is.

In July the salesperson convinced my husband and I to sign up for an account by offering us a number of incentives, including several $50 gift cards and a $500 account credit for signing up with a credit union. Never received anything and after reaching out to that same salesperson and being told he will look into it, we still never received anything. I feel duped, my husband didn’t really want an account, we were already satisfied with our service from Metro which is much more affordable. But I told him it was a deal based on the incentives we were promised. ?

Worthless, this is the 3rd time I have tried to return the rental phone....the old phone and they refuse to take it. Well done, slowest service and worst customer service. Can I give 0 stars??

Came here to see how I could lower my plan instead I ended up with a bill of almost $400! They insisted that the “free iPad†was only $25 a month just for unlimited internet etc etc WRONG line for the iPad was $100 monthly. Upgraded phones so with that we would get a free iPad. Completely messed up my bill spent a good hour or so over the phone with the sprint representative trying to resolve everything. Returned the iPad had to pay the restocking fee 45 but they never cancelled my line. Will never return to this location

The assistant manager Michael is awesome! We came in very late into the store as they were closing and he was still very eager to help us with our iphone upgrades. He was very patient with answering all of our questions and made sure that we were well informed of what we were getting. Great experience and definitely recommend stopping by this location!
