Went into T-Mobile and was serviced by an employee name DaSean, his customer service exceeded my expectations, he went above and beyond what I expected, managed to get a couple new things, and still ended having a reasonable monthly bill. He made sure that we left without any issues or questions unanswered. Definitely will come back to see him again for future needs and wants.

This place deserve 0 Stars I walk in and I get rudely asked what am I here for. I told them I called and spoke with a young lady and was told they have an iPhone 14 plus in stock. (Had to go back and forth with a young lady on the phone b/c she told me that her manger is saying they are not allowed to tell me if they have it IN STOCK OR NOT) was confused b/c I called 6 different T-Mobiles and they all checked and told me they did not have it stock. So I was shocked that I was getting this answer from this place. I Tell the young lady this and get put on hold just for her to come back and tell me they have the phone in stock but they can not tell me the color or how many they have that was confusing but I said perfect and headed on my way to them to purchase my new phone. So now I'm inside the store going back and forth with this big guy who is too busy trying to show me I called 2 times on there phone log instead of helping me out. CUSTOMER SERVICE no good I tell him yes your correct I did call 2 times but the first time no picked up and the second time it was a young lady. And she told me you guys have the phone in stock. So can I go ahead and pay for the phone at this point he tells me well they don't have it and I'm just left in shock like they just waste my time and are so rude at that. Big guy was too busy focus on trying to prove that he is right and that told he me no on this imaginary phone call he believed we had of him telling me no. I ended that with me walking out going to the other T-Mobile and giving them the deal where I purchased my new IPhone. They were in the same mall a couple feet away and they kept me laughing and they were great. You can definitely tell y'all need a new manger for customer service b/c what happen to me just shows y'all come to work to joke around and LIE to your CUSTOMERS so they can upgrade to a more expensive phone so there's more money in the pot of commissions. You can tell all you guys work for is your commission and don't care about the customers experience at all. TheRealOg OUT

This store was the best I have been, Andy is so professional and knowledgeable the customer service my family and I received was amazing. The manager Darnell so friendly and kind I love how he took care of his staff and helpful towards everyone came in the store. The store was clean and comfortable, my 8 year old was so happy. 5starts all the way for this crew.

Gema and Darnell were the main reason my visit to this T-Mobil location went so well and smoothly. They really went the extra mile to help out on any roadblocks that came up in the process of switching phone plans and upgrading my phones, not to mention all the the great stuff they gave us too!

I went here for assistance with T-Mobile's "test drive" 90 day free trial, because I wasn't able to complete the steps online to install the "virtual" T-Mobile SIM card which lets you run their service temporarily while still continuing with your current provider, in order to decide whether to sign up for an account. I REPEATEDLY told the store personnel, including manager Darnell, that I only wanted to set up the temporary trial, NOT create a T-Mobile account and switch from my current provider, because I needed to know first if the service worked well in my neighborhood. They kept asking me for more information, including driver's license, Social Security, credit card, etc. Finally, they wanted my hard SIM card and said they would replace it with the T-Mobile one. That's when I balked and walked out, as that made no sense for a temporary free trial that is supposed to use a virtual SIM card (just a code) that runs alongside the existing hard card in the phone.It turns out that the store staff actually gave me a NEW permanent T-Mobile account that I didn't ask for, with a new phone number. It took me many calls to corporate and many days to undo this. T-Mobile corporate personnel were shocked when I told them what happened, and said their trial does NOT require personal info such as driver's license, SS# and credit card. I filed a complaint with corporate against this store. I consider what they did fraud. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this store. Those who do, beware!

Came to the store for a better understanding of my bill and Gema was soooooooo helpful. EVERYBODY GO TO T-MOBILE STORE BY THE FOOD COURT AND ASK FOR GEMA (or the manager Darnell)
