If I can give negative stars I would.First time at this place. Was taken right away I needed a Olaplex treatment and a blowdry with styling (curls).First Lady took me for a wash, started the wash only to hand me over to someone else who finished the wash. Then say her appt walked in so she was handing me over to Carol.Carol does the treatment and starts the blow dry. When the blowdry was finished I noticed a lot of frizz on top pointed it out and she said she would touch up and add more oil etc. She finished LOOKED nice from afar/ surface and I could almost tell it was not quality work. Needless to say it barely lasted the evening a complete waste of $135 . I will never use this place again and def do not recommend it.Services: Hairstyling

Absolutely horrible place. First time at this salon. My mom had an appt with Megan, and left this place in tears. She asked what she wanted to have done and we told her that she wanted full blonde highlights and to ensure that her roots were covered. Megan said she understood. After nearly 5 hours at the salon, when she began “trying” to blow dry my moms hair (because she was pulling and breaking her hair), my mom had to ask her to stop. Her roots were still showing, and her hair was not blonde. It was orange. I would NOT recommend this place. They charged $195 and she had the audacity to ask if we were leaving the tip cash or on the card. Unfreaking believableServices: Hair highlighting

I tried this salon for the first time this weekend because of the high reviews. I asked for a women's basic cut (a trim and some long layers). The stylist I saw was friendly but the way she was cutting my hair made me nervous because it seemed uneven. She never had me stand up to check the bottom and my chair was never raised so she was looking down to cut instead of straight ahead. I asked several times if the back was even and she assured me that it was. I also addressed the front angles because they didn't seem right but she once again told me everything was correct. I had only booked a cut (not a blow dry) but because of my concern I asked if she had time to blow-dry it so we could check the final cut. She told me she didn't have time (which I totally understand) but there were 2 other stylists standing around and I honestly feel someone should have stepped in to help. When I got home, I dried my hair and unfortunately my concerns were validated. My hair is choppy, uneven and looks terrible. Now I have to go somewhere else to pay to have this corrected.
