Heron Bay Shell station on Coral Ridge, Coral Springs/Parkland - do not waste your time or money on the car wash. Paid $16.05 for Deluxe. All I got was shiny dirt. As you can see in the pic after going through twice, the car was still filthy (it was hand washed last week by a pro).

This shell overall is set to much higher prices simply because of the location. Other than that the service and its products will vary, 50/50 chance. Located in Parkland off of Holmberg & Coral Ridge in front of the Walmart next to the Publix. The real issue lies within the car wash machine, for I have not seen it clean one speck. The prices have risen on the automatic car wash, honestly everything, but it hasn't improved in quality.Five minutes ago I washed a white Lexus and this was how it came out, I'm unsure where or what was actually cleaned, I guess only the leaves were somewhat removed but unfortunately the car has seen better days, today was not one of them. :( Disappointed at this shell's establishment, for the location and the prices. Prices are high but the service is not reflecting any type of get for what you pay for. Just expensive cheap treatment, try going to the guys down the street, a bit more for actual good service, and these guys will be located in Coral Springs, not such a rich neighborhood but definitely rich in service with more affordable prices. Do better shell, good luck everyone!

Had an unpleasant experience at this location! The clerk scanned one of my scratch off tickets while we were waiting to see if they had a book for us to purchase. Long story short, they did not have the book of tickets for us to purchase. Went across the lot to Publix and was told by Publix, the ticket was cashed out. WE DID NOT RECEIVE PAYOUT for our ticket!!! Went back to the gas station and nobody knew what happed to the payout!!! Bottom line, cashier paid herself!!! Don’t purchase tickets or cash out your tickets at this location!!!!

Been going to this station for 22 years. Seen many employees come and go. The current employees are the absolute worst ever. Can’t understand English. Have to repeat several times what you want, only to be asked again or get wrong about or wrong product. Can’t see the total and cannot always understand them either so when asking how much get nasty looks. We’d new mgr and or employees. After all these years not going back. Will slightly inconvenience myself and go to Mobile, Marathon or other Mobile on the area.

Now that I see all the negative reviews, it all makes sense now. I cannot describe how of an unpleasant service you get here. For the exclusion of one to two employees, they have the worst staff I have ever seen around south Florida, and I have seen quite a few, to add. I am not one to come and review places in a negative way, on the other hand, I love giving 5 stars. Good luck to y’all !

Ok. So you tell me I have to leave the store because I am not wearing a face mask but other customers don’t? Help me out here. Is your policy if you are Caucasian you have to wear a face mask or leave the store but if you are Hispanic - like the two twenty something makes waiting in line- you don’t? Congratulations. You lost a local customer for life. Happy now?

Non touch car wash is good... but billing machine only accept cash of 1, 5, 10$ ... no credit card slot... seems to be installed few decades back when credit/debit card was not invented.

Here today because my daughter begged me to get her a milkshake. Yes, you read That right.... a milkshake! This Shell station has this unique milkshake machine that kids love. For $2.99 you pick the flavor, insert the cup into the machine and wham-o, you have a flavored milkshake!

The gas prices are over-priced and even food mart inside is over price every item cigarette prices is close to South Jersey prices over $8.00 a pack ridiculous
