Although this location doesn’t have full stock because it’s located inside Kohl’s the young lady Jaime who works there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I live next to Boca and refuse to go to the Boca location because the ladies are extremely rude, not willing to help and passive aggressive. Jaime made my shopping experience pleasant. Thank you Jaime for being to attentive and kind. Sephora is lucky to have such a great employee.

Had an awesome experience with Jamie who helped me with my first time trying makeup since it was my birthday (I’m definitely over 30 ?) and I bought my first Sephora Haul lol She shaded me beautifully on the first try and was very knowledgeable about the different products and was very friendly. I believe she was the only staff on the floor and was still very helpful to other customers as well. Even her makeup was flawless, which was why I felt as if I was in good hands. Thank you Jamie for everything and I will definitely be back! ❤️??

The worst customer service I went to return some thing and And the lady just said well you have to give it time to work ? I don’t need your feedback I just need you to process my return and that’s it she’s just very opposite of good customer service not helpful at all and this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this in the store. They definitely need to revamp and rethink about their employees as far as the expectations regarding how you handle customers and who they have in the store because this is absolutely insane. I’ll go out of my way to another Sephora just so I don’t need to go to this one and there is a specific girl there that when you ask her a question about a product, her answer to everything is “they don’t carry it anymore “ which is false information because you could go on the app and see that the specific product is still in fact, in stock online or at another store which she could have easily done. I mean I don’t know why I even asked her for help to begin with when I can just do it myself. I know she’s done this more than once because she also said it to my friend about a different product. Close this location or hire new staff ( with training ) to work at this location because this is absolutely ridiculous.

Very Bad Customer Service. This Sephora (Kohls) is closer to my house but I prefer to drive 20 minutes to another Kohls. Every time I go to the store, they have an elderly person who has no patience. When I ask her about something she always has a bad attitude.

The two employees didn't acknowledge my presence at all. Apparently its not corteous to ask if a customer would need help nowadays. Little do they know that I'm a makeup artist student and I was really interested in purchasing some items. Their loss.

Great store! Don't expect them to have everything since this is a section inside of kohls. Giving four stars since I didn't get everything I came for. A lot of items seem to be out as well. Low on stock, may be I came on a Sunday.
