I enjoyed my experience my dog was well taken care of. Love the ladies in the front they truly made me feel welcome. The only thing I would want to share about my experience is that my dog’s teeth were not in the best condition and they took care of him but the way the physicians communicated how bad his teeth were I just felt was insensitive and made me uncomfortable and feel extremely judged. You never know someone’s financial situation or life circumstances that could cause them to not be able to care for their dog the way they would like to which was my situation. Also some people may be first time pet owners and not be knowledgeable on what specifically needs to be done for their pets. So moving forward my recommendation is to watch the tone and way that as physicians y’all are communicating to families about their pets you never know there situation and uncomfortable interactions such as mine can cause pet owners to not take their animals to the vet once they are able due to fear of judgment.

This place is the best! Awesome experience everytime I take our Frenchie. Jenny is awesome. She is good with our rambunctious dog and very patient with her explanations.

Best Vet Clinic we've been to yet! Dr. Sonya hit the nail on all the skin issues my Bichon has been having for several years. She got to the root of some of his issues in his first visit. He's already doing so much better. We will definitely be back. The clinic is very cost conscious as well. A rarity anymore. Thank you, Royal Palm?

Totally Awesome!!! The Staff had been so kind and gentle with my cat (Dante). The Veterinarian was so knowledgeable, explained everything so well, so I could understand. I appreciate all of you for taking such good care of Dante. Thank you!!!

worst hospital ever. My animal was set up for an ultrasound was sent an email after midnight to advise not to feed my animal. very unprofessional, as I said the day of he ate and he wasn't supposed and nothing was said about it, called and advised was told to come get him and reschedule. was advised that I could pay only half and not the full amount Because of the inconvenience and misconduct. Had to sedate him again and brought him back and was attacked to pay and was advised I could only pay half then I was rudely told by the doctor to pick him up and find another vet. if you care about your anima you will not bring your animal to this hospital.

Friendly & Caring staff. both times i've needed my 16 yr old cat to be seen right away they've made space for her, treated her lovingly and explained in detail her issues and treatment.
