worst hospital ever. My animal was set up for an ultrasound was sent an email after midnight to advise not to feed my animal. very unprofessional, as I said the day of he ate and he wasn't supposed and nothing was said about it, called and advised was told to come get him and reschedule. was advised that I could pay only half and not the full amount Because of the inconvenience and misconduct. Had to sedate him again and brought him back and was attacked to pay and was advised I could only pay half then I was rudely told by the doctor to pick him up and find another vet. if you care about your anima you will not bring your animal to this hospital.

Dr. Friedbauer and her team are fantastic at what they do. They give exact and personalized approaches to every animal using NAET testing, and genuinely CARE about each animal. I feel very safe and secure in their care. Thank you!

I recommend them 100%. I will never take my pets anywhere else. My dog was diagnosed with heart failure about 2 years ago. I didn't receive the best care from the Coral Springs animal hospital. From attitude to wanting to put my dog down because I couldn't afford their services. I decided to take him to Royal palm veterinary hospital and they have been nothing but amazing. They are so compassionate and caring. All the vets at Royal Palm Vet are amazing but Dr. Harkavy has been amazing to my fur babies. I am beyond grateful!.

The personal is always very nice with my dog. I get the good attention for my beagle there. Last time I went my dog had an allergic reaction to a vaccine.. that shouldn't happened

Dr. Weiss and Dr. Friedbauer always give our Milo 100% personalized care. We love that Dr. Weiss and his staff make us feel as if our loved one is their loved one. We recently may have received some dryer news but we are praying that Milo will be ok and come out on the other side of the tunnel. Dr. Weiss and Dr. Friedbauer are our little angels that will work hard to ensure that my Milo is receiving the Best Care possible. Thank you Royal Palm Veterinary Hospital.

Dr. Weiss has been our family vet for as long as I can remember. He was the vet for our yorkie, Kimmy, who passed away in 2017 at 15.5 years of age and has since been the vet for both my dog and my mothers (obligatory puppy photo tax paid). He treated Kimmy through pancreatic issues, tracheal concerns, and eventually kidney failure with nothing but compassion. He called us on his personal cell phone to check on her and Dr. Harkavy gave us her personal cell and said she'd come in any day even if she wasn't working when we realized it was nearly Kimmy's time to go. Is he the cheapest vet in town? No. Is he the ONLY vet I would allow to put my dogs under anesthesia? YES. Now to state some of the bad.. we've had some bookkeeping issues in the past, but there is truly something to be said about a vet who comes in on his day off to sort out paperwork issues with pet insurance and not only fix them but provide a personal letter to the insurance explaining what the issue was with their management software. They go and always have gone above and beyond. Dr. Friedbauer is also a complete sweetheart and loves every animal she treats. If your dog needs surgery, has allergy issues, or needs routine care, there is no better vet in the area.

We have been taking our dogs here for many years, I highly recommend this vet to any new or old dog owners! They have excellent customer service and a fantastic staff of well knowledgeable doctors! They also offer quick curbside assistance with excellent sanitary measures during COVID.

I can never say enough about this wonderful place! Parking is a breeze, there is even a special emergency parking spot! My regular vet was out and this vet stopped in to help me and was able to adjust my service dog's meds successfully by reading her comprehensive chart. Staff is very good. Reminder texts r so helpful.

All I can say is if you’re looking for a animal hospital that truly cares about your pets and you. STOP looking these are the people that you are looking for. Dr Wiess is the bomb! Today he helped my little Bella “again “ as if she were his own. There really aren’t words to describe how grateful I am to all of the staff. Once again Doc thank you so much for everything that you did for my little 11 y/o schnauzer and my family. Have a great Thanksgiving Paul Grilo

I did not want to have to write this negative review but they left me no choice. I have two small dogs and took them in for a check up. I felt like I was sold on vaccines that were probably not necessary but giving them the benefit of the doubt, under normal circumstances, they may have been. Both my dogs are under 15lbs. They did not offer the option to stagger the vaccines and instead vaccinated both dogs with the maximum. I was not counseled on the possibilities of reactions. Within 20 minutes one dog was under distress. I returned and she was given steroids and Benadryl. 7 hours later the other dog was in extreme distress and I rushed him to the emergency hospital with horrible hives and tremendous swelling. I thank the CS emergency animal hospital for their tremendous passion. I spent over $600 at this vet for the vaccines and agreed upon other treatments which I expected. What I didn't expect was the additional $250 bill at the ER on top of that. In doing more research, I've learned that giving all of these vaccines to such a small dog was completely irresponsible and risky for reactions. When I called them the next day and reported the issue I was told the owner would call me. I had to call them again to get him on the phone. He informed me that he removed the batches of vaccines from his shelf but implied that the problem was with my dogs and the breeder. Asked me a few times if the dogs were related. No I answered each time. I never got an apology or any responsibility taken in their part. No offer of credit for the ER bill etc. Tough lesson learned but do your research before you vaccinate your dogs all at one time. I'm not convinced this wasn't a bad batch of vaccines as well. Overall the most traumatic experience for me and more importantly my two fur babies.

I love this vet office. We've been trusting the care of our dogs to Dr. Harkavy for a long time and she's the best. There's nothing more important than my dogs, and she is very caring, loving, and professional with my dogs. Recommend 100%.
