Broker asked me same questions multiple times, i responded with the same answers...also they said hold a sec, then asking again, then hold a sec... and in the end they told me load was covered with couple hundred money less, than they posted.Very unprofessional, they just wasted time.

My truck arrived in perfect condition, my delivery guy was very professional, they contacted me 3 times for updates, and the best part is they emailed me the receipt (bill of labeling BOL) with 20+ pictures! I received the email right when it was delivered! Thank you Rite Way!!

This company scamer dont customer and carrier be aware they dont have load they just do double booking for other order and non of them load available on board and when u ask to remove it hang up and another phone call say this order nt available but I cam look for another one in same route and when u ask how much they will let you know and good luck if u got loaf most of Florida broker same way

This company is the worst. DO NOT USE OR CALL THEM.. They will repeatedly pester you endlessly. They call my company daily/weekly, twice today. They don't respect your do-not-call requests. Any company that resorts to these tactics obviously is not price or quality competitive.Rite Way-every time that you continue to me I will give you a negative write up.

Horrible place to work at and the owner is known racist, I am shocked how easy it is for a business to buy "Best place" to work for and win an award from Coral Springs when its nothing but a lie.I would advise you to take your business elsewhere and for you to go with a company with real core values.All you employees at Rite Way, have a spine and take your clients to a better company or better yet..... open your own brokerage.... What has Jeff done? Nothing! But spend all your hard earned money on fancy cars and big houses while you scrape by. HA what a joke.

if i could give this place 0 stars i would just because of a rep name Joshua! he called my dealership and because he didnt get the response he wanted he hung up. i wouldn't use this company if it was the last company available. i would transport a car on my back before using this company!

This company is the shadiest company I have ever worked with. I hired them to move my vehicles from Albuquerque, NM to Honolulu, HI. The two cars were shipped separately due to logistics of my wife and I moving at different times. We had issues with both cars. First vehicle arrived in port to Hawaii and Rite Way never notified us that the vehicle had arrived. After about a month of waiting for the vehicle to arrive, I finally called to see where the car was, it had been sitting in Hawaii in port for over two weeks. I had to pay for the car to be held in port and Rite Way would not refund.Second car, a luxury car showed up to Hawaii with a shattered roof (Tesla). They picked up the car in Albuquerque with no damage. The car was dropped off in Long Beach California (to be shipped to Hawaii) with a shattered roof. After discussions with Rite-Way (Brian King) they said no problem they will take care of the damage and get it replaced. After about 2 weeks of back and forth conversation and not moving forward with repair, I was told to talk to the Sales Director (Mike Gauck) who told me they would get to the bottom of it. Two weeks later I get a call from Mike Gauck saying they were not going to cover the car damage and that it was my fault the vehicle damage would not be reimbursed.Stay as far away from this company as you possibly can! They are terrible and don't accept responsibility for their mistakes. Heck my three year old understands how to take responsibility better than these clowns.

This is the worst auto transport company ever! After they take all your info including credit card you don’t hear from them and if you cancel 3 days prior they still charge you the full amount!! Crooks! They don’t even send out an email confirmation of your booking. Very weird shady company. How do they stay in business??

This transportation company took my order to transport an auto to one location and return with another. I ordered a covered trailer for both trips and was very specific about the vehicles being moved. When the contractor that showed up, he had a flat bed trailer that could not hold the vehicle I was transporting. Further, the contractor spoke little or no English, making it impossible to communicate with him. Because he could not get my vehicle on the trailer, he simply left. Because of the urgency of the job, I elected to drive the vehicle myself to one location and then returned with the other vehicle. Rite Way was alerted to the issues at every step and said It would refund the money that was charged, $800 for each of two trips. It never did so and repeated follow-up calls went unanswered and unreturned.Beware of this company because what they say you will receive and you will ultimately get, are two very different things. And when you discover the service they're attempting to provide is an adequate or non-existent, they will bill you anyway.
