First time coming to this Nail Salon and my visit was amazing.Tim is amazing.. very fast and his details are insane. Thanks again for the experience.. Tim gained another loyal customer and I will be recommending.

I had a good experience but this merchant I wouldn’t advise anyone to that specific place I had my nails done after 5 day one of the nails come off going to 8 day I already lose 3nails like I know two week the acrylic starts to lift a little three weeks you need a refill, I went back to that specific shop they are very rude and one of them have the nerves to say i can leave if I don’t agree its not their problem

Tim was very helpful and precise with my service. I got a French gel manicure/pedicure, it looks stunning. The staff is welcoming and I recommend Rio Pro Nail and Spa for any of their nail services!!

Brought my daughter here spur of the moment because my regular nail salon was closed for the holiday week. I won’t ever come back, my 13 year old went in alone while I sat in the car and waited with my toddlers, she texted me telling me there were spiders in webs in the salon. Then she came out and her hands were covered in paint. I’m sorry but for 65 dollars for a full set of acrylics you would expect for them to at least cleat all the messy nail polish from her hands. Plus you can see the pink acrylic through the white tips and the tips are crooked Sloppy job all around.

Requested style: I am going to Cartagena for a conference and will be attending a white theme party. I selected a white shimmer #133 polish for both mani and pedi and was very y pleased with the result. A very dressy and elegant look.

Very nice first time experience. I scheduled my appt online on a Saturday evening and received a call to confirm. It wasn’t busy at all which I really enjoyed because it was peaceful and quiet. Tiffany, who called me and greeted me at the front, was kind and accommodating. My nail tech, wish I could remember his name, was pleasant and offered me beverages like white wine and water. He really took his time with my mani/pedi and my French nails came out so lovely. Prices were average for this area. Regular pedi and gel mani plus French, which is always extra, was close to $80. Will be back :)
