I took my son to open up his first bank account and we had a great and positive experience, thanks to Elizabeth who was our personal banker. She was friendly, professional, and very helpful. I highly recommend this branch and the staff, everyone is not only pleasant, but also very professional and kind.

I moved my investment accounts over to this bank for Greg Hebert who has been working with my family for years. They have always been happy with his service and now I know why. When I met Greg I was very impressed with how long he took to explain things that most people didn't bother with. He is exactly what I needed for comfort with my money and my daughters' future. He introduced me to Rosemary who took care of opening my accounts for personal and business. The two of them are extremely high in customer service and have exceeded my expectations. I can't speak for regions Bank themselves since I am new with that Bank. From my past experience banking is only a good experience if you have personal customer service reps. So far I'm very happy with the way Greg has handled me. Nowadays in South Florida customer service is terrible everywhere not just banking. It is such a rare thing to be treated with respect that I have to write about it when It happens.

I've been using this bank for a few years. For the most part, it's okay. There are a few procedural things that are common in every bank, so this bank seems to be good for me.

Horrible if you can spare time to go to another branch do yourself a favor! not one person greeted me but one minute after a man came in he was greeted with sir someone will be with you shortly. When I got to the window the teller told me she could not give me the money I requested because the money was just placed there this morning its nothing she can do. I asked for the manager because I really needed my funds she took me to Laura Seidel who told me she cannot give me my funds until48hrs. Long story short I went to another branch used my card at the atm withdrawn $100 then went inside to a teller with the same exact withdrawal slip got my 2900 with no Questions hesitation or any trouble at all. it is sooo sad that in 2022 black people are still being stereotyped! I was ashamed and sad because There was no reason for me to drive to another branch if my money was on my account! I could see if it was a check that had a hold on it but it was my cash in my account !And the other branch helped me with no problems which was coconut creek branch GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I might cancel my account at regions. For the experience that I had today so disappointed! I will never return to the Coral Springs regions Bank location!!! Ever!

They will not let me get my money without a police escort ... no really . They later called me and said I can go get the money . They also left a message and said that they were mailing the money to my home . They also called my sister and told her to tell me that I can get my money. They also called me While I was paying for State Farm insurance in Louisiana and am account specialist asked to retain me as a customer. It's safe to say that I have a personal problem with them.

I have no word to explain how banking with Regional is the worst thing ever!!!!!!!This bank have rob us of $400 that we tried to deposit in my finance account to address the fact that it was in negative and to pay for a monthly bill that come through the account. On 7/14 my finance withdrew $400 from another account in order to put into his Regional account to make the account positive and to pay a bill, however during the process of entering the money thought the ATM machine, my finance hit the check option instead of cash, to deposit and put the cash in the ATM. This confuses the machine, because he deposit cash instead of check and shut down the ATM machine to cause it to no longer function. My finance stated that he stood at the ATM for over 20 minutes trying to play with it to see if it will eventually dispense back out the funds, which it never did. He then took the receipt that he gotten from withdrawal and show it to a gentleman that we inside the bank, who told him to file a complaint with customer service. My finance did that and continue to follow up on this for a week now and after all the researching out to them, after calling them every day, because they never return his calls, unit today 7/23/20, he received a call from Mr. Desdeboan and he advised my finance, that there is no evidence that he tried to deposit any money. I spoke with Mr. Desdeboan, and he stated that they had a 3rd party company to do the investigation. I told him that we are not going to lose our $400 like that and I am going to take every options in the book to get our money back. I asked him for his branch manager and at 1st he say she is not there. I keep requesting for his manager and he then say she is busy and not available. However he did provide her name: Stay Merritte. I just want everyone one to know that we were treat wrongfully and we want to get our money back!!!!!

Very very displeased was told by a representative annamarie that if I deposit a check the funds would be available the next day not once but twice. Went and deposited a check and the next day the funds were not available. Go to the branch where I opened the account to ask to speak to a manager and there was not one on duty which is weird because I thought as a bank there has to be a Manger on duty called customer service and they were no help at all. Plus I thought a pay roll check you can hold either way the way it was handled was bs and the representative needs more to the answers to the questions and not lie to customers or just say what they want to hear

La atención de este banco es malisima y el servicio peor. Es un engaño, me dijeron que al ser referida me iban a dar 50 dolares a mi y 50 dolares a la persona que me refirió, si cumpliamos con todos los requisitos y jamás lo hicieron (es una estafa). Y cada vez que llamo a su linea de "atencion al cliente" el servicio es pésimo y nunca resuelven mis inquietudes. No recomiendo este banco.
