Horrible if you can spare time to go to another branch do yourself a favor! not one person greeted me but one minute after a man came in he was greeted with sir someone will be with you shortly. When I got to the window the teller told me she could not give me the money I requested because the money was just placed there this morning its nothing she can do. I asked for the manager because I really needed my funds she took me to Laura Seidel who told me she cannot give me my funds until48hrs. Long story short I went to another branch used my card at the atm withdrawn $100 then went inside to a teller with the same exact withdrawal slip got my 2900 with no Questions hesitation or any trouble at all. it is sooo sad that in 2022 black people are still being stereotyped! I was ashamed and sad because There was no reason for me to drive to another branch if my money was on my account! I could see if it was a check that had a hold on it but it was my cash in my account !And the other branch helped me with no problems which was coconut creek branch GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I might cancel my account at regions. For the experience that I had today so disappointed! I will never return to the Coral Springs regions Bank location!!! Ever!

They will not let me get my money without a police escort ... no really . They later called me and said I can go get the money . They also left a message and said that they were mailing the money to my home . They also called my sister and told her to tell me that I can get my money. They also called meWhile I was paying for State Farm insurance in Louisiana and am account specialist asked to retain me as a customer. It's safe to say that I have a personal problem with them.
