I brought my families dog here and the doctor was not helpful at all. She kept saying if we don’t put the dog through surgery we might as well put him down, then refused to give us an estimate on the surgery “especially if we could not afford it” as she repeatedly came back to our financial situation instead of exploring all options. She was also insensitive and very negative she told me to move the dog out of her way because she didn’t want to touch him and end up smelling like him. Overall, I left feeling hopeless on helping the dog and dishearted.

Dr. Costas took care of my kitty with cancer in his tail. She did an excellent job with his surgery and follow up care. Her blunt honesty reassured me that I was doing the right thing for him. I would bring any of my animals to see her and I would recommend her to anyone.

My experience here was not a good one. Especially with the Veterinarian. I was dissatisfied with how she talked to me when I expressed concern about my pet when she made him bleed from his mouth. I will not be bring my pet back here.

The staff is nice and easy parking. I am just very dissatisfied with how Dr. Costas talked to me during the visit - I felt it was rude and condescending. Didn't really feel good that I would get the best care for my pet.

Dr. Costa was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, caring, professional, friendly and great with my cat. The staff was helpful, efficient and friendly. The facility was clean, pleasant looking, and well maintained. I will definitely continue to use them for my cat's veterinarian services.

Ive been going to this hospital for years and the last 2 visits i have had to deal with Dr. Costas for the first time. Now she by far is one of the rudest doctors i have ever met. From the moment she enters into the room her attitude is written all over her face and see the reviews on Multiple platforms about her i can tell im not the first who has encountered this with her. All the other office staff is super nice and super helpful and have been for years with the 3 of my dogs that i have taken there. But Dr. Costas well she is just a different bread. Now its time to look for a new vet that atleast has a smile on their face when they enter a room and willing to be more helpful towards an animal

My pitbull receives great care at Ramblewood Animal Hospital -- it's such a resource in my immediate community. I live within walking distance but even if I had to drive, they offer superior veterinary services worth the trip.
