I love your check-in system using texting. The wait was not long once inside. All employees I came in contact with showed courtesy, professionalism, and presented themselves well.

Checking in is pretty self explanatory but as far as being loyal to the appointment is not. They double almost triple book a same time slot and makes the whole process delay. Very poor at scheduling.

I had a terrible experience at Quest Diagnostics. I went there for a urine test, but I wasn't able to pee at the time and couldn't wait any longer. Unfortunately, my belongings got stuck in the bathroom in the little area where they put my stuff. To make matters worse, the workers found this situation amusing and were laughing about it. Their behavior was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I do not recommend this location to anyone. Avoid it if you can.

The phlebotomist assigned to me was incredibly kind, professional and proficient. She definitely went the extra mile. I’m embarrassed to say that I don’t remember her name. But this was the best experience I’ve ever had at quest and it was all because of the phlebotomist. She is definitely a credit to your organization.

I am legally blind. I brought the wrong perscription , but we called Dr office and had it faxed over. People where very nice !

Made an appointment a week prior. Arrived 20 mins before my scheduled time. The girl opening the door to call patients back was rude to every single patient that asked questions regardless of what the question was, she just yelled at people to have a seat.. I finally get called back after 35 mins of waiting to be told they don’t have anymore glucose drinks available for the test……… LOL what a waste of time, no apology from any of them… just was told to go be a walk in at another one even though I may wait allday they can prob see me? uh ok lmao the point of the appointment was to not wait all day and if you don’t have my testing availability why offer it on your schedule why not call and tell the patient we cannot see you? never again to this location. learn customer service and stop yelling at patients like a drill sargent in the military it’s literally a blood draw… pathetic

the worst quest diagnostics I have ever been to... the staff that works there treats patients badly and does not want to help if you speak another language... I was just going to take an alcohol and drug test and I did not need an appointment because I had an order from the company. And they didn't want to help me, I went to another quest diagnostics and they did help me... without any problem.

I love the streamlined method of checking in, whether outside or inside the office. All of the staff, lab techs, etc are always so friendly to me. Best of all, they always find a vein and I'm in and out. I couldn't ask for anything better? Keep up the great work.
