This is the store closest to my office, so I order lunch from the deli often. Every time I order, and I typically order online ahead of time, there is an issue. Today the toaster over wasn’t working. Last time I had to wait for an extra 30 minutes because they were behind schedule. It’s disappointing because Publix is always delightful, but this deli seems to be behind every time.

At lunch time I decided to get some soup at this store, the soup pot was labeled lobster bisque, I like lobster bisque, the soup was a reddish color, it seems ok. I grabbed a small container of the soup and took it to my work. At a first spoon I noticed it was not lobster bisque, but tomato bisque.
I don't like tomato bisque. The expensive soup was mislabeled at the counter. It is frustrating.

I love Publix but this location is not the same, bogo signs missing, bakery is not consistent especially with cakes, Chantilly being our go to, this location either puts way to much almond or none,99% of employees are super nice, also sweaters on most of the berries.not usual for Publix I’ll be shopping at the new one, very well done there on everything. Hated leaving a so-so review.

I like to shop at this Publix. Employees are kind and friendly. But.... I have to make a separate review for Natasha! She works on the Bakery Department and she is the best costumer service I ever had. The last Thanksgiving I was looking for a cake for my family. They didnt have it. I asked Natasha and she said: I dont have it, but I can make it for you. WOAOOO! They were so busy, so many people at the store and still she wanted to make the cake for me! THANK YOU NATASHA! I will never forget that an amazing customer service is because of you!!! ❤️
