I had a really disappointing experience at Publix recently. I tried to return an item, but the customer service team was unhelpful and unwilling to assist me. Despite explaining my situation, they refused to accept the return and offered no alternative solutions. I was left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. This lack of support and empathy from the staff reflects poorly on Publix's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Clean and very well organized. There’s a lot of cooked food options and even has a western union. Cash exchange and water center to fill jugs. I come here for pub subs and they always are generous.

Clean and newly renovated this is my Publix of choice. Employees are always polite and willing to help with everything from answering questions to checking the back to see if there is more of an item.

Always the best Publix in the area! Their organic produce and products have been expanding too! Always friendly staff and although not necessarily cheap, I love this supermarket!

Eat and shop here daily the deli is always delayed and running behind today especially i placed my order online for in store pickup a sub sandwich, some chips and a drink I placed it at 11 am said it would be ready around 11:45 12:00 arrived at 12:30 and my sandwich wasn’t even started yet … and the people behind the pickup counter were talking about me and 3 others sandwiches not being started yet this is ridiculous…

Second time I go there for an Italian sub with mushroom and like the first time they did not cook the mushroom the 3 lady's that were in the deli had a stinck face looked like they the not want to be there I much rather way for someone with a smile to serve me then a quick line with no costumer service pls don't waste your time go to another deli bc this ppl ether don't want to work or don't need the money something needs to change they ruin my Publix sub experience....

The staff is wo Derulo at this Publix but, I find there are many specialty items missing, along with Latin foods.
