I recently visited this Publix and was deeply disappointed by the customer service. The lady working at the bakery seemed completely disinterested and it was evident that she disliked her job. Moreover, the cashier was more focused on finishing her text message than attending to customers. It's unfortunate to experience such lack of professionalism in a public establishment. I hope the management takes steps to improve the customer experience. For now on Walmart it is.

2nd time coming into this Publix, and I must say they definitely need to put friendlier employees at the service desk. The Customer Service employees are rude, with very distasteful attitudes. Hopefully they receive classes on how to speak to paying customers. We don’t apply for these jobs for them! Will not be returning to this location.

This looks like your ordinary Publix and it is for the most part exactly that, just another over priced Publix. The deli however is one of the worst we have ever used. You can pre-order sandwiches most times they don't even make them. They just simply lose your orders and play dumb. Try and buy chicken wings on a holiday weekend or a football Sunday, forget about it they never have them. The deli manager is probably one of the worst at being consistently bad at running a deli!!

Good, ol' publix. Nothing out of the ordinary. Clean. Same bogo specials as every other Publix. Same quality boars head and publix deli meats. Attentive pharmacy staff.

Clean, well organized, busy Publix supermarket in Coral Springs.I walked in and I loved their large floral display with lots of live orchids and a bunch of beautiful fresh flower bouquets for only $4.The store was very well stocked, every aisle had plenty of items on the shelves and the people working to restock them were very friendly and very polite.A nice place to shop.

Unfortunately this local Publix has changed tremendously! Everything from consistently rotten produce, to lack of certain produce, and the unappetizing display of it. When you walk into a Greenwise, everything looks fresh and appetizing. Management doesn't seem to concerned as I have brought it to their attention numerous times. Even the cashiers look grungy at this location. Instead of constantly being aggravated when throwing out hundreds of dollars in rotten produce, I've decided to shop in the Publix in Parkland. Much better choice

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went in to the deli to order a hero and the deli clerk was being so rude and nasty. From the beginning she was upset when I asked if she had tuna. She even started putting what she wanted on a hero I was ordering for myself. Then she blamed it on my mask. She didn't have a problem rendering decent customer service to the guy who was ahead of me. These dip shits know who and who not to render decent customer service to. Attitude galore from her. Then when I asked to have someone else serve me her attitude raised another level. So I decided to go to customer service and complain. I've seen many complaints on this Publix on social sites such as Nextdoor and I've had my bad experience even from the cashiers who would rather discuss Tiger King than to ring me up. Never will I waste my money at Publix again. SUGGESTION TO THE STORE MANAGER: FIRE ALL NON-PERFORMERS AND THOSE WHO DON'T KNOW HOW TO RENDER CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ARE DEAD WEIGHT AND NEGATIVELY IMPACT THE BOTTOM LINE.

In short: Clean, good variety and friendly staff I just moved to northern Coral Springs and yelp brought me to this location as my nearest Publix. I can tell it is newer than my previous but still has the variety that I expect to find in any Publix. Many of the staff are young, which is cool, I always liked spending money in my younger days. I like the discreet liquor store with privacy glass so passerby's can't count my multiple trips weekly. I haven't seen this at other locations, nice touch . Nice meeting you local Publix, see you soon!

I have been a resident of the area for the past 20 years and those of you that have been more recent should hear the history of the area. Early on in our residency, Publix organized many of us homeowners to prevent Walmart from building a Super Walmart across the street. Us like many bought into their story that we don't want non residents to come into the area. The story sounded good but we also understood that they did not want competition nor a competitor known for lower prices. So now its 20 years later. Over the past many years - this Publix has a lack of inventory, reduced selection and more important than not is out of product way too often. During these troubling times - it's amazing that product readily available at Walmart and Costco is barren at this Publix. And some other tidbits- every try to get a sandwich here? Have you had to wait 15 minutes because they don't have enough staff? Zephyrhills Water at $4.99 or $5.49 for 24 bottles vs Walmart at $3.99 or $4.49 for 28 every day (and Costco even cheaper), Stouffers spaghetti and meat sauce regularly at $3.19 (I could be off by a few pennies) vs Walmart everyday price at $2.69 and so on ... If they didn't have the "killer" location they would have already gone the way of the Kroger venture that went poof at University and Wiles. Its time for a change. We have waited too long.

I went in this morning to pick up my son's birthday cake. The cake I received was a huge disappointment. There was a manager at the register and I brought my concern to his attention. The manager agree the bakery did a poor job and in return started making excuses for them. The manager never offer to have the bakery department to remake cake nor was a refund suggested. Publix corporate office was notified and I have yet to hear back from both store manager and corporate. This will be the first time and last I will ever shop at Publix. I will take my business to Costco. My son was very upset with the outcome of his cake #worstbirthdaycakeever
