I live next door to a different location but travel to come to this location. I've always been a fan of the Ramblewood store and was upset when they knocked down the old one. However, I'm loving g the new store and the people there. The deli manager is amazing. He has helped me on numerous occasions and always with a smile. I needed help because I needed a head of red leaf lettuce and there was none out there. They were getting ready to close and the employee told me to wait a few minutes and went in the back to get me what I needed. I wish they had more lanes opened for check out but that's a sign of the times. Still my favorite store.

Anna Marie was abusive, disrespectful and nasty on the telephone and she hung up on me several times. She prevented me from getting through to my Pharmacy for the whole day. Also Jack the so-called manager is very nasty and has a very bad attitude. Still having problems. Very poor customer service. They give you whatever kind of medicine they want to give you without regard for whether you can take it or not. Now I'm stuck with at least three weeks worth of medicine that does not work for me call because they made decisions on my behalf without consulting me.

Rude here. Walking in I see a BIG SIGN on the sidewalk at front door about Birthday Rewards (box of Ice Cream or cupcakes (2)) for those signed up in the new Publix Club rewards program. That is what I came in for. I told a cart collector employee at entrance "I hope they don't give me a hard time." Picked out my FREE box/carton of Publix brand ice cream and proceeded to cash register. Cashier stated it would be $3.50. I told her I came to use my birthday reward for FREE ice cream and she expressed a "deer in the headlights" facial expression. But a "Supervisor" was standing at the "bagger" position at end of conveyor belt and Overheard what I was trying to accomplish. I showed the Supervisor my newly installed Publix Club app on my phone mentioning that I am a Club member and my phone number is there. Screen apparently went dark at that moment so she immediately blamed me saying "What did you do?" I responded that I did not "do anything" then I brought the Publix app up again on phone screen so Supervisor could see my phone number. She stated something I believe to be untrue about how "it will work SO LONG AS you clipped the coupon" I had not done so because there was no coupon to clip and my birthday reward email instruction said to merely show Publix App and "pay" using app if getting other items to or provide my phone number. The Supervisor was teaching the Cashier what to do as we went along in this transaction because the Cashier had no clue. The Supervisor ordered me to punch in my telephone number at the cc reader. When that did not work first time she ordered me to punch it in again. I got my FREE ice cream but both the Cashier and Supervisor refused to wish me a Happy Birthday. The Publix Club is new so no surprise here nobody knows exactly how to issue the FREE ice cream yet. I can say the customer isn't required to "clip" any "coupon" as this Supervisor believes.

Shout out to Publix Super Market at Ramblewood Square Publix for the best deli associate ever. Sliced meat perfectly for subs and sandwiches. It was so nice that someone asked how I wanted my deli items and actually took the time to cut them so nicely. BTW I wish I got his name but I did not. If anyone knows who this is please let me know so I can give him recognition.

MANAGERS AND 80% of employees are RUDE!!! I am usually not one to make reviews but I go to this Publix at least 3/4 times a week as it is the nearest one to my residence, but I would honestly drive the extra 5 minutes to go to the one on Royal Palm and University. Management has been very unprofessional at times. Asking personal questions in regards to a return. Any time I am in the store I get dirty looks and followed around. Some how every single time I go in this particular store I come out pissed off. I am nice to everyone but I am a firm believer in "you get what you give" so my patience is wearing thin with some of their staff. I am disappointed because Publix used to pride themselves on certain things that set them aside from other grocers but that is clearly a thing of the past. For the prices you might as well go to Walmart and save yourself some money and the aggravation as well.

This is the closest Publix to my house. The place is always clean, the staff is friendly & helpful and they are usually well stocked with items. Publix, overall, is overpriced compared to other major supermarkets. Sometimes they have decent sales. I do like the cooked food (chicken tenders, Mac n cheese & chicken wings) & their sandwich station. The produce section is always stocked with fresh products which is great!

I used to work at this publix for years so I can tell you first hand how badly it's gone down over the years. Staff is short. Lines are long. Prices up and quality down. It used to pride itself on service but its equal to Walmart now. Either walmart stepped up their fame or publix fell but most likely both. Absolutely ridiculous prices. What reminded me to review this place is the service. Some to most employees are polite but some are super rude. Really glad I've decided to never shop here again. I came today tagging along w the roommate who was already going but it confirmed it for me - never again. I'm so glad theres so many competitors nearby that I can still get the same products for less money and a better experience. NEXT!
