This is one of the worst Publix stores in the area. The service is terrible. If you ask for help they act like you are interrupting their social hour. This is not a one off experience. It seems to happen almost every visit. The service was the reason I pay more money to buy my groceries here. Not anymore.

I've shopped in a lot of Publix's. This location has the worst deli. I've never seen people work so slow. what's the point in ordering online ahead of time if your order is not going to be ready when you get there? I can't wait for my regular Publix refill to be finished!

Don't expect good service. There is only one pharmacist that I would trust and she can't always be there. Since they closed the Ramblewood pharmacy service has declined. Also the Publix Pharmacy app has never worked like it supposed to. To top it all off, I complained and was told to go to another Pharmacy. I couldn't believe what I was hearing.

Worst Publix experience at the deli . Workers were upset , people were having attitude and leaving bef and my sub wasn't even done correctly even though i kept correcting. I just let it be before i got upset and threw it away later

Best publix in coral spring. Always fully stock . Love working there. Nice, caring managers. Im so lucky to be working with caring loving manager .Also fun to work at.

I ordered a sub online to be picked up at 7:15... Waited in line till 7:47 when I was finally helped. They had the online tickets simply sitting there and not being fulfilled. I'm sorry but worst experience ever. There was one girl working the counter, and was working as slow as she possibly could. Now I know never to order from this Publix. I don't want to wait an hour when I should be able to pick it up and leave.

Went over to this particular Publix Pharmacy because the location on 8160 Wiles Road was being remodeled.In the interim, this pharmacy went downhill rapidly when it seemed they hired new staff. Going above and beyond to help the customer is absent at this Publix Pharmacy.I’m happy that the Publix store (and pharmacy) located on 8160 Wiles Road is open again. Never EVER going back to this location (on University and Royal Palm) again.

Zero stars if I could I got what I needed no problem Great service from woman who made my subs, splendid actually! Thank you Got to the self check and started scanning my items, Was time to pay and put my card in and as soon as I put my pin the employee watching the section approached me so rudely saying exactly this " are you going to click the pay button, or are you going to stand here all day?" Holy s**** I froze and had anxiety Apologized and said that's what I was going to do So in reality everyone Publix is not a pleasure to shop at " where shopping is a pleasure " That's b.s rude, disrespectful employees Mind you I'm 23, can't imaging how your employees treat elders

I was checking out and the attendant asked me if I found everything ok and I said no I didn't see the chopped liver . The Customer service lady said hang on and went to look and found out it was not packaged yet one of the managers went to assist and they had some packaged for me. The ladies went above and beyond to get me what I wanted.Kudos for the outstanding customer service and the chopped liver was delicious

I don't know what Publix they are talking about. There is one older lady near the north exit who is nice other than that, it's a stare the black people down. They have one crazy white kid by the self checkout who is creepy. He doesn't offer service to certain people just stare. Then one black woman employee stares and stares. I don't need to steal. They also have ghetto people in the bakery. And, I tried to get chicken strips and she charged me $15 dollars for nine or ten fingers. I left that mess in the store. I believe that goofy chick did that on purpose. Wake up! All types of people buy from Publix.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Two days in a row they made us wait for my (children’s) medication. The second day, they had it ready but I couldn’t buy it because the pharmacist was at lunch. The sign says lunch 2-2:30, apparently it’s wrong because I waited to enter the store at 2:30 and had to wait around until after 3:15 with a kid that didn’t feel good. The employee with the black eyeshadow was rude, she made it obvious she was taking her time because she heard me saying “they’re doing this on purpose”,she even said something to the customer behind me as I was walking away and they both looked at me and giggled. Not professional, they need to get it together, I’m still transferring to another pharmacy, I can’t keep stressing out like this. I checked my blood pressure while waiting, and it was through the roof, while I was at this pharmacy! Everyone in that line looked stressed and there was an issue with most of the customers orders. If only they cared about their customers....

The pharmacist went out of her way, at closing time, to call me, to let me know my refills were ready. I was out of meds and her kindness and compassion got me back on track!Update: still happy with these folks! Kindness begets kindness.
