The absolutely worst experience in this store. I waited 10 min to talk to a manager and he walked away only to find out he was the team leader. 20 mins in deli counter to get service. They are chaotic disorganised not using the “ take a number system” which caused confusion and argument with 2 customers over who would be served next . This store definitely below standard of other Publix with staff and service. The two young people: Jefferson and Tashanda at checkout were polite and efficient with good customer service.

pharmacist at this location, merley are rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate. If they dont have your prescription they will tell you to call other pharmacies, and will also refuse to fill them if you are a new customer as well they will cancel the prescription request

I went today to pick up some subs and the lady servicing the sub station left after making a lady her sub she stepped away and no one came to the station for about 15 minutes to start serving the gentleman in front of me. The station was very unprepared. The reason I gave them a 3 stars is because I love Publix

The worst meat and seafood departments of all time. The seafood department...particularly horrible. Some of the guys there are so damn lazy that if you ask them to look if they have more of something in the back cooler, they just say no without bothering to check. Although of course, they commonly keep extra stock there. They also know NOTHING about seafood, like making sure none of your clams or mussels aren't open and DEAD. This location and the management of this department disgusts me.

Be aware that they’ll stop carrying your medication & instead of letting you or your doctors office know when they’re sent the refill script, they’ll just let you find out when you’re out of your medication - even if you’ve been refilling that script through them for nearly a year.

Every time I came to shopping in this specific location I leave disappointed. This time Cashier name Jorise, was so "busy" talking to her friend the girl who was packing, that she didn't even noticed I was there. I said I have a water under my cart, she ignored me, then she finished I paid, after that she said "oh I think I forgot your water". These cashier need to do their job better, greeter the customers, making sure if the customers need help, not keeping talking with their co-worker like no one was there. Hope the manager can re-trainer them.

This Publix is excellent with the exception of the deli. The rest of the employees are helpful and friendly. The store is very well run. The deli is the complete opposite. I just left there. 12/06/21 at 4:00. Eight people standing around. One man on the slicer. Had to wait thirty minutes for cold cuts. When I asked for help they were rude. They are always unfriendly and act like doing there jobs is a big imposition.

Website says COVID-19 vaccines are available for a walk in. So we walked in nobody at the counter except us as a pharmacist says he's too busy to give us the vaccine.

If i could put 0 stars i would, Toni from the front pick up window, is the rudest, most nastiest little girl i have ever met. her attitude is disgusting, she’s always in such a bad mood, gets so agitated quickly. i always go and pick up my prescriptions and she always ruins my mood. please put her in the back or something
