Had a wonderful experience at the Publix Pharmacy. I was picking up a couple of things to help clear a skin infection. One of the items was not going to be ready until a later date do to my insurance. Quick version I politely said I will pay without my insurance to get it quickly. Ashley, the intern,(I asked her name because I wanted to leave a review) she said I can reduce the cost with what’s called I believe better RX. I didn’t even request this, but it was a big help. Then I received a text from Publix.They had it ready before they closed tonight. Basically within 30 minutes of my call. Big shout out to Ashley the intern. It’s people at Publix like her, that help Publix live up to its name, “Where shopping is a pleasure!” Just thought I should recognize that outstanding customer service!

Always give you a hassle....Very rude and unhelpful. It's like they hate their job and feel the need to take it out on their customers. I certainly would expect more from Publix.

if i could give less i would. called the pharmacy during open hours three times and ever single time i would get connected they would hang up on me. extremely frustrating experience.

This staff is amazing here, always so helpful and kind! The Smiles behind the desks are radiating as I check out at the pharmacy! I mean who wants to be getting prescriptions anyway, which means your not doing so hot or managing something that’s an automatic discomfort. So yeah when we walk into the pharmacy and greeted with a smile and asked how I’m doing it helps more than you know! I have had the pleasure to work with Nick, Ashley and Megan and I LOVE THIS TEAM! Keep up the good work it’s one less stressful thing to have a good support team on my side!

Publix pharmacy at Lakeview is definitely my place for this part of my health. Always on point with any questions and always very prompt with my prescriptions and all other needs and assistance. The pharmacists are great. I'm very happy ?

My favorite Publix location. Great selection, clean, friendly staff. The best selection of fruits and veggies , beats Whole Foods .

Terrible Deli service! I was THE Only one in line for one sub and the deli personnel on prep desk said, I have two online orders to take care of first. Like ok, waited 15min when I decided to leave as she wasn’t even acknowledging me. So rude, I’m very disappointed. If I could give negative stars I would.

I should start with the fact that I love Publix, and i'm so disappointed with this location. The store is much smaller so the selection is not great. Many of the veggies/fruits are just too old - i was looking for green beans, chayote, and strawberries. Maybe it's just the bad time (Tuesday afternoon). I'll go to another location

We've complained to corporate more than once regarding the girl with the rude attitude at the front counter. (Tall with brown hair, you can't miss her) Her mother works at corporate so she has job protection. She's given us a hard time on multiple occasions in filling our handicapped daughter's prescriptions. She has no business working in that position, she has no compassion or care about the people she supposed to be helping. And she clearly doesn't understand how important her job is in society. Other than her they're all pleasant people to deal with.
