I have been a member since the 80s. It used to be a great place to avoid the big banks and their endless fees and get good customer service. Not anymore. Customer service is nonexistent and the overall mood is just rude. It is what it is.

IVE BEEN WITH THIS BANK FOR YEARS AND THIS IS MY FIRST TO SAY IM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED BY THIS BANK . EVER SINCE THEY CLOSED MAJORITY LOCATIONS IT GOES DOWN HILLTHE BANK IS BARELY OPEN THEY STILL HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CONTACT ANYONE AND IF THE BANK IS CLOSED THEY HOLD YOUR MONEY THAT IS RIDICULOUSEVEN THE EMPLOYEES AREN’T THE SAME THEY LOOK MISERABLE OR THEY GIVE THE MOST ATTITUDES .. JUST CLOSE THE WHOLE BANK DOWN ATP!

Today I visited the Coral Springs branch and received the worst treatment ever. When Margo extended the draw I attempted to put six rolls of coins in the draw. And she stated don't put that in the draw, and that's when Argie came over. And stated we don't take coins here and the inside is closed . When asked if they would exchange if I came to the door I was told no. This is the third time that I have been insulted by Argie. Her tone is rude and her attitude is very unprofessional. I refuse to be treated like trash by your staff And going forward I will only visit the Sunrise branch until I close my account. For every deposit made it keep the payroll going, that being said. With all the hardship we're facing she should have more EMPATHY FOR OTHERS.

For the First time today, I went to Priority One Credit Union in Sunrise, to deposit cash. I am a Member of Baxter Credit Union, not in this area, and was told I may deposit in a shared branch. I only had the use of one hand, since I recently had surgery. The teller I went to was very rude, when I told her it was my first time and asked if she could explain to me what she needed. She proceeded to ask for my account number, which I gave her. She then told me it was too long

I go to the Coral Springs branch and I am impressed by the way PriorityOne makes you feel as a member: they look for your best interest and they're always friendly and knowledgeable. Stacy helped me refinance my car, with a lower interest rate, lower monthly payments and surprise! I even got GAP insurance and an extended warranty! What's not to love about PriorityOne and their expert team?

I went today to deposit money for credit union through priority one and the teller ARGIE. was downright rude... gave the deposit slip and the check ... how can a bank employee dont know how to read the account number from the deposit slip... never coming back there again...

I'm very conflicted, overall the staff at location are usually nice, but whatever customer service call center they use just sucks, they are not helpful at all and just try and rush you off the phone without fixing anything. so if you have a problem on the weekend don't expect any help at all.
