just got my blinds with Prestige Blinds and let me just say they are the Best... they listen to what you, fast order and prompt.. I placed my order on 5/2/23 (2 normal windows and an oversized window) they came today 5/22/23 had them installed in matter of minutes... I met Ronnie when he came to my house to provide a quote for Plantation Shutters. He was one of 3 companies I had narrowed down to interview. His prices were fair, not the cheapest but very, very reasonable. What ultimately sold me was his professional demeanor and to be honest a string of recent positive business reviews. He did not make false promises, he never hesitated when answering questions demonstrating his knowledge of the products and installation procedures. He quoted a price and estimate delivery. I paid him a 50% deposit and to my surprise he was back the very same week he promised. It took 12 weeks from order to installation. Speaking of the install, Ronnie was also back on the job to supervise and they were in and out in an hour! Super-fast, super clean. They took the old blinds I had so there was nothing for me to do but enjoy my new view. Oh, and the icing on the cake, Ronnie also took the time to adjust my first set of Plantation Shutter doors the previous company (despise this company, don't even ask) so I didn't have to pick them up to close every time. A courtesy he was in no way obligated to do but but did so happily. Turned out it was simple adjustment. PS - the previous company had told me that lifting the doors to close was normal. It was not, just sloppy installation work on their part. All in all I would give Ronnie 10 stars if I could. Honesty and reliability in today's service economy seems as unlikely as finding a unicorn. Well, here's your unicorn! Glad I went with Prestige Blinds. If you are in the market, definitely consider them!

Excellent customer service especially given the pandemic. We had to wait a few months for our custom order to come in but it was well worth the wait. The blinds and plantation shutters look amazing and add an elegant touch to our new home. Installation was painless and professional. We already placed our second order. Thank you, Ronny and team.

10/10 would reccomend!!! Ronnie was amazing! I called and he came out within the same week to do the estimate. I ordered the blinds the same day because the price was very reasonable. I was in the process of having new windows installed and didnt want to have the blinds put in until the windows were done. They were so accomodating with this request. The installation process was super quick and clean! Everyone was so pleasant to work with. I love my blackout zebra blinds! The custom cut is PERFECT!!!! I highly recommend them and will use again.

Wow! What a flawless experience. Prestige Blinds did an absolutely fantastic job from start to finish selling and installing beautiful plantation shutters throughout our 3 bedroom/3 bath home. I had 6 different blind companies some to my house for estimates, and Ronnie hands down gave me the best value for my money. Ronnie not only gave me the lowest price for my entire home, but gave me the lowest price for the highest end Norman product versus his competitors. Indeed, his competition gave me much higher estimates for a lower end Norman product, and suggested that I only install shutters on my first floor. What? Why can't I enjoy my home just as much as my guests do? Ronnie understood us completely. I cannot recommend a blinds company anymore than Prestige. My custom shutters arrived as promised, and Ronnie and his team completed a flawless and very quick install! If you need window treatments, call Ronnie! He is the best money can buy for your home! If I could give 10 stars I would. Recommend 110%.

Prestige Blinds installed four GORGEOUS sets of plantation shutters in our home just over three years ago. We were completely satisfied on all levels: quality, appearance, installation, etc.Recently, a single slat got damaged and needed to be replaced. Ronnie (owner/operator) ordered the replacement with no questions asked, then came over and installed it free of charge.If we need more shutters/blinds, I wouldn't even take proposals from other companies, I'd go straight back to Prestige Blinds. Plus, Ronnie is a great guy. I HIGHLY recommend.
