Honestly if it wasn't for Felix I probably would have had given this place 1 star but he literally turned the situation around. He is your guy to come see, ask and get some genuine customer service with a smile. There are other cool employees but there's also the few who sadly will make your visit miserable, and give you that can you leave attitude. Sad but it is what it is. 50/50 so ask for Felix if he's there. You can't lose!This location is off of University Drive & Royal Palm. It has a crap load of decent deals, but really good products. Hands down my favorite is their beef tracheae treats that's organic and extremely beneficial for breeds with chronic respiratory problems. Your welcome! They always have deals and specials just ask, they'll tell. Come with an open mind and stay positive, remember it's for our pets who we consider part of the familia! Good luck! :D

The only thing I would want to share about my experience is that my dog’s teeth were not in the best condition and they took care of him but the way the physicians communicated how bad his teeth were I just felt was insensitive and made me uncomfortable and feel extremely judged. You never know someone’s financial situation or life circumstances that could cause them to not be able to care for their dog the way they would like to which was my situation. Also some people may be first time pet owners and not be knowledgeable on what specifically needs to be done for their pets. So moving forward my recommendation is to watch the tone and way that as physicians y’all are communicating to families about their pets you never know there situation and uncomfortable interactions such as mine can cause pet owners to not take their animals to the vet once they are able due to fear of judgment.

Now headed over to Felicita's Coffee shop around the corner to grab some strong coffee to get jacked up for my pub crawl. The entry patio was modern with several seats and chairs but too hot today for patrons to sip hot coffee outside. The interior was simple coffee house themed with many small tables and that all too famous couch with the two love seats and low table in between. I met with the friendly server and ordered a Double Espresso for $3.59. It was a nice presentation with the porcelain cup on a matching saucer and a tiny metal stirring spoon on the side. It tasted like a strong Italian coffee is supposed to taste. They offer several foods that go well with coffee or tea - quiche, empanadas, croissants, muffins, veggie wraps and tuna salad. The walls next to each tables had usb plugs for your lap top or phone. The bathroom had an old looking flooring but appeared clean.
