Too expensive. Yes decent quality but markup is incredible. Order was not complete and had to wait additional 2 months for errors. Delivery driver tried to come early and drop off furniture with no regard for the delivery window the office gave me. He wanted to drop off and leave w/o me being there with no regard for the notes on the order to review other pieces with followup. proceed caution and yes micro management is needed on customers part.

30 YEARS AGO WE PURCHASED A OUT DOOR TABLE FROM PATIO SHOPPE, WE RETURNED THIS YEAR FOR A NEW PURCHASE BECAUSE OF THE QUALITY AND STAFF. I'M SURE WE'LL BE BACK AGAIN. P.S. WE ARE STILL USING THE TABLE. :)

Highly recommend The Patio Shoppe! Everyone was amazing from start to delivery! Great selection with quality products. We are so happy we found the Patio Shoppe and will highly recommend to all of our friends and family. Our dining set and lounge set is amazing and well worth it!!

I would give them a 0 if I could for their lack of Good Will which is nonexistent. We bought 2 Chaise lounges, 2 swivel chairs, 1 table with 4 chairs. We have lived in Florida for over 20 years, we know what NORMAL wear and tear, ie., mold, dirt, etc.. This is our second purchase of furniture from this store. The first purchase of furniture is 9 years old and in perfect shape. That's the reason we returned to purchase from them again. A mistake. What we have experienced with this furniture has never happened to us or anyone that I have ever spoken to. We purchased this furniture for $7751.77! NOT inexpensive furniture. We called and spoke to Chris many times. We complained about pink dots (pinking) all over our chairs. He had little compassion for the PINKING ISSUE, STATING ONCE A YEAR THEY SEE THIS BACTERIA PROBLEM. Compared it to hurricane damage! Is this a reason not to stand by your customer past and present? He referred us to Patio Service and Repair! They said the same thing about bacteria! Very odd. Too Bad was the sentiment. They offered us the OPPORTUNITY to repurchase the fabric and pay for delivery! Approimately $1600. This is clearly Unacceptable!!!!!! We also contacted the manufacturer who gave us the same bad options. This furniture was one year old when this saga began. The excuse was that this is a bacteria and no amount of scrubbing or powerwashing will remove this pink dotted mess on these said chairs! We didnt use them all summer because of the excessive heat and rain. No sunscreen, food or other dirt was on these chairs. Amanda said they are still under warranty. But I guess that doesnt apply to BACTERIA afterall. How can a company that relies of word of mouth and referrals not stand by the furniture that they sell. No amount of advertising can erase the word and power of an unsatisfied consumer. Dont undeerestimate this negative effect to a viable store. I live in a large new GL home developement and they keep building so I can have much access to many more consumers. I also lived in The Polo Club for 20 years, and have many numerous friends. I speak up.

While the quality of look of the Outdoor furniture at Pato Shoppe is beyond beautiful, the personalized service is outstanding as well! Jacki was sooo helpful and I love my new set! I highly recommend the Patio Shoppe, if you want to create happiness in your backyard!

We purchased a patio set and love it! The sales people were very helpful and answered our questions. The selection in this store is excellent something for every one's price range. I highly recommend this store.

Jackie, the sales person, worked patiently with us to put together a patio set that would fit perfectly on my terrace which had some limitations because of its size. It was like having our own private decorator. She knew all the inventory and was able to select the right combination of chairs and a table. The furniture was delivered a few days later and looks fabulous. Our friends could not believe the quality and reasonable price. Above all, the service was 5 star as well. If you’re looking for service selection and quality look no further.

Terrible Service:I brought in my chairs to be re-slung and they not only scratched them, but they took no accountability. They have terrible customer service and did little to fix the damage they caused. After leaving the chairs with them for a few more weeks, to fix the scratches, the delivery company was touching up the scratches in front of my house. I assisted them, and even help tap in the end caps that were not fully reinstalled. I did what I could to just put this behind me. When I contacted the Patio Shoppe, the person I spoke to was rude and felt I should be happy for her leaving me the remaining spray paint. Iwill never buy from them nor advise another to buy from them.

We are very happy with our purchase of a table and six chair set from Patio Shoppe. The salesperson was polite and knowledgeable, and the delivery process was on-time and professional. 18 years ago we purchased our first set from Patio Shoppe, so we are repeat customers! Highly recommend!
