Needed help exchanging something that was a gift off bat no one wanted to assist me had to ask to speak to the manager 3 times before she came in to tell me to call customer affairs. Very bad customer service from Daniela and the whole staff.

Don’t go here, find a different pandora. Andrea likes to skip customers and serve people that she prefers and knows personally. I came in and she just looked at my husband and I and turned around. When I said to a coworker I would like to work with Andrea she looked again at me and totally ignored me to the point where the customer said it’s ok they can go. It was ridiculous to the point where I walked out it got awkward and I will not come back to this pandora. GET RID OF ANDREA OR TRAIN HER ON CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Brittney was an awesome sales person. She took her time with my mom and I to get the best charms. She bilingual so it helped my mom understand better what she was buying. She also helped me engrave my son’s puzzle piece. Thank you so much you were so sweet.

I went in to do an exchange for 2 bracelets that I got on a good sale and the sales girl was really nice. She wanted me to buy 2 new bracelets without the discount and I said no 3 times and she said that she would get her supervisor to help do the exchange. The sales girl had locked my original bracelets up before I could say anything and her supervisor came out and basically forced me to buy the new bracelets. I told her no as well but she really didn't want to hear anything I had to say she just wanted the sale. Terrible service from there manager. Wish I could just get my money back I feel like I was scammed.Add

You know if I could put 10 stars I would. I was thinking of unaliving myself before I walked into this store. The minute I walked in, a sales associate named Chloe ran up to me. She helped me so much. It was like a free therapy session. We talked about the past, we talked about the future. We talked about the present. Even though I didn’t even buy anything I love this store. I sleep outside the mall every single night to be close to it. I walk past and reminisce on the beautiful mess of the store, and I make sure to come on the days when Chloe is working.

This store is a joke. I came in several months ago to exchange a bracelet that was damaged with their year warranty. IT HAS BEEN 4 MONTHS nothing. They refuse to return the bracelet, refund me, or allow me to take my bracelet to another store. I even had purchased a ring from them and returned it after this horrible experience it took me going in yesterday and threatening with a police report for the money to hit my account. Took over a month for one refund of $55. I’ve been in contact with support and not even customer support understands why this store acts the way they act. Even support got hung up on multiple times while trying to get to the bottom of this situation for me. When i came in the yesterday for the 4th time abt these incidents the managers were whispering abt me in the back and ran out of the store so that they didn’t have to “deal with me”. Beware of the manager a white girl, black hair, with glasses i believe her name is Karina. Rudest employee i’ve ever met she disgusts me.

If I could give them zero stars I would, after waiting two months for a ring, and calling multiple times very kindly, several girls were absolutely rude to me, they lied week after week about when the ring would come instead of being honest and saying they couldn’t give me an estimated time. If you have an issue with this store they won’t even give you any compensation for your troubles. I will never go back to this store and honestly the name Pandora makes me cringe anytime I hear it now free my experience with this store. All the girls were very rude except for Samantha who kindly helped me out by telling me THE TRUTH. “We don’t know when it will get here.” “ZERO STARS !

I bought a bracelet here that has had multiple stones fall out. They've been dragging me around since January on a replacement and I still do not have one. They also essentially told me if they get it in a shipment to replace it goes as a priority to a new customer vs replacement customer which makes 0 sense. Go elsewhere if you want quality products that don't fall apart in under a month of daily wearing or timely/appropriate responses.
