Love this place! Had a big package to ship & wasn’t sure where I could find the best price. They compared all the pricing options AND it was way cheaper than I anticipated. Plus the gentleman who assisted me was SO nice & helpful. This is definitely my go-to for all my shipping needs from now on!

I gave them a 2 because they are really nice and I like them a lot, but their prices are outrageous. I recently brought a package in to be shipped, but I got quotes online straight from the carriers before going in. I was quoted $16.71. They told me it would be $53 at the absolute cheapest for shipping alone (it also required packing material). So I said never mind and left and shipped it myself for under $20 total. I expect to pay a mark up and I'm usually happy to do so because of the customer service, but I was astounded by how much of a mark up.The only other time I had an issue with prices here was a few years ago, when I was shipping a package to a friend in Japan. I was told the absolute cheapest was double the cost. They told me it would be $70 at the absolute lowest from USPS. I left and looked up labels through click n ship and it was $34.50.So I would absolutely recommend them if you need help and great customer service, but expect to pay a multiple of what you can pay if you get a label online.

I have been doing business with Pak mail since they opened. Scott and Scott the owners are not only helpful, they always try to save me money on my shipping costs. I would not go anywhere else for my shipping needs. Thanks guys you are both great!!!!!!!
