“Customer service saves the day. I ordered a pre hung door to be delivered. The delivery was made timely but the door jam was damaged. I called them and they scheduled a return pickup for tge following day but never showed up. I called customer service and spoke with Lori and explained my situation and she offered help. She and Kim helped me through the process today. Lori and Kim fixed the problem for me.”
“Small, but nice. The people there were very friendly and helpful with plant selection and care. I explained what I was looking for and the plants they suggested are doing great. The fact that they have pond plants is a bonus.”

“I don’t know if the family actually received it because I don’t know the family. We met briefly through my son’s FaceTime when they took him and another friend in when hurricane helene came through. I can only take the florist emails that they were delivered. I would recommend them to offer a receipt upon delivery signature to show that they were delivered. Other than that they delivered on the same day I place the order, on a Sunday. I would have given a five star if they can get signature of the recipient.”

“Green Valley Orchids, has beautiful and unique Orchids. I have purchased several varieties from Gus and had him put the in my Jasmine tree. They are healthy and full of blooms. I highly recommend a visit to his greenhouse.”

However, I've encountered some older employees who seem hesitant to assist, and their expressions suggest they would rather not be bothered. “They need to have more specialty tools. For example, they have many of the same screwdrivers from different manufacturers but not one single 8" long #1 Phillips. Also, need better quality tools, like a screwdriver that will last more then 2 years.”

“Very accommodating and fair. The rental process itself was easy but then my reservation got canceled after checking in on it after purchase. I was able to reserve another truck right after and the woman I spoke with left a clipboard note that that truck was to be saved for me. I got the truck, did the move and brought it back. Rodney closed me out and I told him about some minor complaints and one issue which he was happily understood addressed and then took care of me for the Inconvenience. Great dude and same with the guy who originally got me the truck. Worrisome start then full on excellence the rest of the experience. Would recommend again. Note: these are job site trucks most of the time not moving trucks. Now I know debris is somewhat normal in this style rental. We made do and for the price and service well worth it.”

“Grabbed a cart and went to the plywood aisle expecting to help myself as I usually have to here. DAVIDSON walked up to me right away and asked if I needed help. He was respectful and professional. If every employee was as attentive as this, people would do a lot more shopping in store. He was a 5 star. Unfortunately the store as a whole is not. Between the rental department and how long it usually takes to get help, I cannot put a 5 star rating. I'm omw to a further home depot at this moment for a rental.”

(Previous review: I received a delivery today at 6pm from Sunrise Greenery and half of the flowers were dead/dying. What a shame. See photos. I will call the store in the morning to see if they will make this right. I will give them the benefit of the doubt for now.)”
