“Purchased a deep freezer online midafternoon on Friday and was given the option of getting it delivered the same day. After waiting for the delivery (which the latest time given was 8pm) I received an email saying that the delivery was canceled and that I would receive a call to reschedule another day. I was very upset. After calling the customer service line and getting no where with anyone. I finally spoke to a young lady who went above and beyond to assist me. I told her that I would be at the store in the morning to pick it up myself. The following morning I went to pick up the freezer and received great customer service, especially from a young man named Jerome. He was so pleasant and patient with assisting me with my purchase. Hopefully his supervisor will see this and give him recognition for his kindness to me.”

750 N University Dr, Coral Springs“My 5 stars is directed for two of the best experiences I had with one worker of Home Depot Coral Springs, his name is Mirtza , for me he was very knowledgeable about locations of everything I asked for, he was able to assist with loading the merchandise on my cart and most of all his patience to acknowledge other customers while caring for me is above the service I expected from a Home Depot employee. The PRO area has a couple people also that I will get their names and make sure I give a good review they work early mornings and is always ready to help. Great team.”
