I contacted the company 2 to 3 weeks ago, spoke with Miriam, she mentioned someone will call. That someone called a week later and left a voicemail, then i returned the call and two weeks later i called again, spoke with Bryan and he promised (Monday 25th) i will have everything by e.mail. 4 days later nothing.So definitely if they are like that from the beginning i don't want to imagine what will happen if they take my account.I am also a business owner and definitely not the services i provide.Very disappointed with the experience on retuning calls or e.mail.9/30/23 My response to your comment:Bryan the main reason of my review was the lack of response. How ami gonna be rude ,demanding or disrespectful when i never had any answer. We spoke on the phone once. you asked me questions about what i wanted and you said i will have a written estimate same day,4 days later never came that is why i wrote the review.Adding your lack of response plus an estimate that never came.The 2 times Miriam answered the phone all she did was getting my number and saying that you will call, and of course that never happened.After i wrote the review you sent me a text apologizing that you had a family emergency, saying that was not an excuse Then you called and were very angry that i wrote the review.One more thing; Don't you think i was the one that didn't want to do business with your company?that is why i wrote the review, Because of you never answering any messages from day 1?Like i told you before, the day you called angry about my review:Thank you and I wish you good luck.

Brian and his team at Notch Solutions are the place to go! Although Notch solutions offers many services, we needed a brand new website and they did an outstanding job. Our new site is modern, SEO optimized, it is interactive with clients. It is easy to navigate and the feedback we have received after going live just a week ago has been outstanding. Fabio is excellent at website creation and a big thank you to him! I would with out hesitation recommend Brian and his team at Notch Solutions to anyone.

We contacted Notch Solutions to have our website updated, and they did an excellent job matching the overall look and functionality. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. The transition over to the new website went smoothly and any changes that needed to be made were adjusted promptly. The pricing was fair and we are very satisfied with the finished product. We came to Notch Solutions to develop a website for our newly rebranded yoga studio. They clearly understood our requirements, proposed a fixed price contract and completed our website within the budgeted time at the agreed price. Their communication was good and they were available and accessible. We ended up with exactly what we were hoping for, and their back end training was excellent. Once the site was delivered and the last little things were adjusted to our liking, we hav had zero issues that required follow-up. They are clearly motivated to provide excellent services. All in all, a very good experience.

We had a small but very important problem on our website that we had spoken to several other web companies about, but it never got fixed. We showed the issue to Brian and in less than 24 hours if was fixed for a very reasonable price. We will definitely be back for larger projects.

First let me say there is no way I could have gotten my online store up and running without Brian and Tameron at Notch Solutions. They guided me through the process, answered all of my questions along the way, redesigned the Home Page layout and showed me how to complete the little details like shipping, refund polcities, tax ID, and payment optiions. If I could give Notch Solutions 10 stars, I would! I've worked with them on a few projects now and have had nothing but the best experiance so far. Brian is so proactive, great at communicating and sets the right expectations. Web design can be overwhelming, intimidating (and costly). Notch is incredibly fair in their pricing and delivers in a timely manner. I've passed their information on to several of my small business friends and will continue to use them for years to come.
