“Today, 7/17/2024 in the late afternoon, AT&T's Representative "NICK" at the AT&T store located at 2204 N. University Drive in Coral Springs, Fla literally "Saved The Day!"
This whole episode began with the phone conversation we were having with the Corporate Representative on the 1-800 number. For whatever unknown reason, entry into our email was blocked, making the addition of the "International Feature" we wanted to add to our son's i14 phone impossible to do.
The 1-800 representative we had was not helpful at all, and being truthful he was confusing in what he was saying plus very hard to understand... and he did not know how to accomplish what we needed to be done. We were upset because our son is leaving tomorrow on his vacation overseas... so this had to be done!
Frustrated, we thought we would try going to the aforementioned store. We did and fortunately we were immediately greeted by a smiling tall gentleman named NICK. We told Nick about the problem and the fact the 1-800 number did not have the ability to help us. Nick immediately tried to get in to our email and quickly saw that there was an issue.
Nick said there is another way to get this done to our account and added to our son's phone. Within minutes, Nick somehow circumvented the issue and was able to add the "International Feature" to our son's phone.
AT&T Corp and the manager at this store is "Very Fortunate To Have A Person Of Nick's Caliber In Their Employ." Kudos to Nick for saving the day.”

We were upgrading our phones and it took us some time and she had patience. She makes an excellent team player. Nicky an amazing person who keeps it real. “My girlfriend and I recently got new iphones. I called and spoke with Nelson, the store manager. We had some questions and needed their help. Nelson said come on in and we will help you. When we came in, Nelson said that Jared will help us. He was very approachable, friendly, considerate and helped us with all of our questions. At one point he became busy with another customer so Richard helped us both and again he was very approachable, friendly, considerate and answered all of our questions. A few days after we had some more questions and Nelson said to come on in. When we arrived a gentleman named Raheem helped us. Boy, let me tell you, this staff is wonderful. Raheem helped us with all of our questions and concerns. These guys are super. My girlfriend and I appreciated all that you all did for us.”
“I just wanted to mention that Denise helped my aunt fix her iPhone 11 Pro because it was not receiving group texts as well as photos to and from an Android. She was super helpful and patient and made sure the problem was solved before we left the store. Thank you so much!!!”
“I went to this location about a month ago to purchase a new phone. Jean was very helpful and knowledgeable on all of the devices. While I was there setting up my account an elderly couple walked in and seem frustrated because they said that they have been trying to activate their phone which they got in the mail and they went to several other phone providers and was told to go to T-mobile. Jean politely told them this was Metro pcs. They said that they have been running around all day. This couple seem to be in their 90s and disoriented. I asked Jean if he can help them even though they were in the wrong place.Jean found out that their provider was xfinity and he got on the phone with them and got their phone activated and working. Also the old man wanted Jean to change his ring tone. Mind you this was near closing time on a Saturday. Jean was very helpful and patient with them. All I can say is that Jean need a promotion and a raise.Not many people would have done this.”

“One of my favorite Target locations (and that says a lot, because I am a frequent flyer at Target). Everything I need is always in-stock and staff is usually friendly and helpful when I need assistance. I also appreciate how quickly they deliver my drive up orders when I'm in a rush and can't come inside.My only wish is that this location had a liquor store similar to the Deerfield location. It's great that you can also receive 5% off by using a Target Circle Card.”

“I found this Super Walmart very clean and very organized. I went in to get a few gift cards and they had a large selection of them....if you have someone who loves a particular restaurant chain, you can get them a gift card here...no problem...Panda ExpressOlive GardenGolden CorralStarbucksBurger KingMcDonald'sRed LobsterDomino's pizzaTaco Bell, etc...You get the point...you can also get a Walmart gift card as well...I love their self checkout lanes....it's quick and easy....”
