I should reed the reviews costumer service in really bad and the frame section the girl in front costumer should work in other department but not in costumer service

horrible service, no one goes to the framing department to help once you press the button, there’s no employees out there to help you out and once i got the register they were all gathered around a registered talking and laughing loudly without acknowledging me and just kept talking to each other and didn’t say hello or anything, i don’t really care if they’re talking but at least acknowledge me so we all can move on with our days

This Location was clean and that is the only positive feedback I have to give in regards to my experience there. A store employee followed me most of the time when I was in there but when I'd turn around to approach her, she went to another area. Religious evangelical music was playing the entire time I was in there. Last time I checked, Michaels isn't a church. It wasn't a religious holiday and the music wasn't holiday related. Last but not least, I had to double check my change, because I was shorted close to ten dollars by the cashier. Avoid this location at all costs.

Michaels is not the cheapest store to buy crafts and home stuff, but if you catch any of their sales or clearance events, you might be able to get some really good quality stuff for a great price.If you are member of their rewards program, you will get emails with coupons and offers that could be applied to regular priced merchandise. Even if you are not, you can get on their website and they have plenty of coupons that might be of use. If you are 55 or older, you can also get 10% every purchase, including sale items. They need to verify your age, which is done online.I got some home organizing stuff at this Michael's, the look, styles and colors they had were perfect for what I was looking for. Many options. The cashier was really nice and sweet.

I had a great experience at the location. Let me begin by saying I am not an artist but was in need of some art supplies and paint. The associate Vanessa service was superb and Maria the cashier topped it off. I want to thank the both of them for their great service.

Twice I have made online orders for pickup at this location. The website says item will be available for pickup within two hours. It also says you will receive an email when your order is ready. Well, I don't know how long they expect customers to wait until they decide to pack your goods for pickup, but after waiting all day, I'm still waiting. I placed an order for pick up at 7am this morning. It is now 2pm and no email or text yet, so I called the store. The person that answered the phone said they will send me an email when it's ready. To which I replied that I had made the purchase at 7am this morning and the website said it would be ready within 2hrs. Her response to me was to get an attitude and repeat to me that they will message me and That's their policy. Well what about your policy that the order will be ready in two hrs? I guess they think they can just ignore that part. If she had been more professional and just said I'm sorry but we're short staffed or, running behind I would have understood. But that "I'll get to it when I get to it" attitude won't fly. My next phone call will be to the corporate office. I'm not going to bother speaking to a store manager. As for the first time I placed an order at this store for pickup, long story short, I went to the store to pick the order up post about three hours of the online purchase, it wasn't ready. When they went fill the order, some of the items I had already paid for were purchased by someone else because they didn't pull the items off the shelves. So there you go.

This store was okay.. they didn't have exactly what we needed, but we did find something we could use instead. There wasn't as much inventory as the Michaels we usually go to on federal highway... but then again,it's been awhile since we were there. It also wasn't the neatest, but we've been in worse. They did have a selection of Halloween stuff at 60 percent off --if you're planning ahead for next year. They were fairly busy, but not overly so. I don't think we'd go out of our way to come here -- but it was right next to the Doris' market so it was convenient, this time. There's ample parking in the lot out front, too.

Back to Michael's today to check their Puzzle Inventory and purchase small gift for my grandchildren. I would have liked more choices. I did however like the summer items display that was 50 % off. I managed to purchase some of those.Many displays were on sale. A variety of items had % signs off. It's a great time to shop if you are in need of those items.I always enjoy stopping by Michael's. The staff is so helpful and nice.

My husband went to purchase some items that we found cheaper at another retailer, but we always go to Michael's and know that they price match. He went to the register with his items and when he said do you price match, the cashier was not really sure and called the manager who told her no they don't. We know this is not true as it is on the Michael's website, so we left all the items and went elsewhere

order# MIK37219511I ordered 3/26; their website indicated it's in stock. I went into the store 3/27 and it wasn't ready. The cashier said they're busy working on one person's order with 100 items! Later that day, on 3/28, they email me that they're sorry. It's not in stock and they cancelled the order. So here on 3/29, I have an American Express charge from 3/26, but no credit.How is it they can charge me immediately, but then I have to wait for the credit. (In addition to how their website inaccurately indicated it was in stock.)I attempted a chat, but it's with their customers?!? They don't seem to have a communication vehicle for non-orders (other than calling a toll-free #); so no chat & no email?
