So I called earlier and a gentleman told me they were open till 6. The Internet says 6 even the door sign says 6 pm. It's 5:06 and they are closed and I have an urgent situation. Unbelievable. Horrible.

I went to this location about a month ago to purchase a new phone. Jean was very helpful and knowledgeable on all of the devices. While I was there setting up my account an elderly couple walked in and seem frustrated because they said that they have been trying to activate their phone which they got in the mail and they went to several other phone providers and was told to go to T-mobile. Jean politely told them this was Metro pcs. They said that they have been running around all day. This couple seem to be in their 90s and disoriented. I asked Jean if he can help them even though they were in the wrong place.Jean found out that their provider was xfinity and he got on the phone with them and got their phone activated and working. Also the old man wanted Jean to change his ring tone. Mind you this was near closing time on a Saturday. Jean was very helpful and patient with them. All I can say is that Jean need a promotion and a raise.Not many people would have done this.

I was the first one in the door today at Metro on University drive in Coral springs there was a young man there working there Jean the nicest guy in about 6 more people came in and he was juggling like five people at the same time he was on the phone to Metro customer service taking care of my issue and helping two other people at the same time. While he was helping everyone anyone that came through the front door he said what can I help you with and answered everybody's questions. And believe me I've gone to that store for years and that's not normally my experience so great job Jean thank you. Paulina Preston.

Good service. When I couldn't locate account pin staff was helpful and efficient resolving. Activation of new phone upgrade was less than 15 minutes. The only reason for not a 5 star was the lack of available phone covers.
