“There was some difficulty from my provider in faxing approval of CGM Dexom G-7 To Quest Health. When I contacted Quest to see if they had received the RX I spoke with Monica Chagas. She immediately initiated a three ay call to my doctor's office and was able to get the issue resolved on the spot. I was very impressed with here ability and knowledge on how the system worked. She also provided me with her direct line for me use to confirm that the order process was completed. Thanks to Monica's assistance I received the sensors with 2 days.”
