Ive came here a couple times and have not been disappointed yet. We love the Japanese A5 wagyu along with the Australian Wagyu if you’re in a rush. Prime cuts are all very tender and rich in flavor as well. Hope they dont go anywhere!

Walked into the store and stood there for about 10 minutes with no one in sight to assist me. I called out for help and nobody ever came. The place was open but appeared empty. Where are the employees? Needless to say I am very disappointed.

Most excellent presentation and delivery. The fish was absolutely a delight and the prepared cap steaks were absolutely awesome. Will be making this a staple in our carnivore diet, much more cost efficient than going out to a restaurant to eat things I can prepare better (to my liking) at home. Thanks Meat and Bone.

The few things that I have actually been able to order have been fine, but almost every time I try to order something, they are out of stock. I certainly could understand this if everything was fresh, bit its not, it's all frozen. There are too many other local butchers that will work hard to earn my business; I'm done with Meat N' Bone.

Picked up some ribeyes here earlier today - whole family agreed it was one of the best steaks any of us have ever had. Been to at-least 6 different steakhouses in the area and nothing has come close to the quality of the cuts MeatNBone puts out. Will be back shortly !

Apparently they must close earlier then 7 on Saturday Showed up at 6:40 last minute decisionSince The fresh market card readers weren’t working and next thing you know wasted my time driving over here just to see they decided to close 20 mins early.

Wanted to try this place since I found out about it on Uber Eats a couple months ago and finally got out there on 2/12/23. I was looking for some skirt steak on Super Bowl Sunday (poor planning on my part). They mostly sell high quality cuts so it was prime. The surprising part was the price. $40 for almost 2 lbs of prime grade outside skirt steak! IMO, that is a GREAT deal. I didn’t tell my wife anything about the skirt steak but while eating it, she said it was the best skirt steak I’ve ever made. Not only was the steak prime but so was the customer service. Looking forward to being a regular and am really grateful for this local option as a go to for meats.

I finally found a meat place that is familiar with and can get me a navel cut of beef. This cut of beef is used to make pastrami and beef bacon. The overwhelming majority of butchers have never heard of the navel, which has been a bit frustrating, and so in the past I've had to use the brisket cut. Meat N' Bone's service is amazing; very friendly and professional, and the delivery was next day to Delray Beach where I live. Unbelievable! The only comment is that I wish the meat came in more environmentally friendly packaging (it came in a huge piece of styrofoam). I've seen meal delivery services use different cool package technology vs. styrofoam.

Ordered a bison prime rib to be delivered the week of Christmas. Was told it was going to be shipped on Monday the 19th, then was told it was going to be shipped on Tuesday the 20th (by email and by phone). Just to be later told that they didn't even have the meat in store and therefore could not ship. I can understand not having the product and therefore you cannot ship the product. But what seems ridiculous is to be told that they have the product and it is going to be shipped just to find out that they lied and didn't have the product and could not ship. Luckily they refunded the money but were otherwise very unhelpful throughout the entire process. There meat might be great (I don't know) but their customer service is lacking.

Garbage. Ordered from Uber eats. Nowhere did it say the $45 tuna was frozen. What arrived was tuna that was thawed out and refrozen and looked terrible. I wouldn't give to my dog. It went in the garbage. They should say it's frozen and not pull a bait and switch to get your money. Terrible!!!!

We've been ordering here for 2 years and I have never EVER had a disappointing experience with them! They deliver locally (same day!). Quality of the meats is excellent, seafood is always fresh and the delivery is packaged so that everything stays nice and cold. Love this shop!
