Buying a mattress on moving day sounds daunting, but Danny made it a breeze! He was very efficient and knowledgeable, and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely be back to see him for our next mattress purchase!

I had the most pleasant experience at this Mattress Firm location in Coral Springs thanks to Emma! She is hands down the best salesperson I’ve come across in a long time. Emma took the time to thoroughly explain the differences in each mattress, was incredibly patient as I tried out several options, and made sure to stay mindful of my budget. Her professionalism and understanding made the entire process stress-free. I highly recommend asking for Emma if you’re shopping here—you won’t be disappointed!

Bought A mattress on 9/2/23. And I met the kindest staff ever. I would like to start off by saying Danny was so knowledgeable so patient and very helpful. He is one of the kindest people I have ever met. Ashma was the other lovely soul. She was very pleasant and kind. I really appreciate all they did for me today during my visit and I’m happy I was able to find the perfect mattress fit for my daughter. thank you guys ! The sales people in this store have always been nice, knowledgeable and keep their promises... Notably Emma/Asma(?) Who is a terrific and charming person. After selling us a mattress and base she discounted as much as she could. She also told us when our mattress would go on sale and that she would credit us back the difference. She did just as she said. Thanks Emma!

I called to cancel my order because I was not happy with the service I got, and when I spoke with Emma she fixed the problem in a second with a great attitude and professionalism. If u need a Matress I recommend Emma at Mattress Firm in Coral Springs she is the best sleep expert, very kind and polite. ??
