This store has a good selection of contemporary styles but they don’t allow for exchanges to be made. No bueno. I am unsure if this is a corporate policy or their store policy but it’s an inconvenience to honest shoppers.

Was here today March 11th 2024 and one of the employees stole my mom's phone that has a wallet case on it. They stole all her cash and when she went to pay to leave they walked over and handed it to us claiming she left it at the jewelry counter. We never walked pass that area. We went straight to the baby clothes. Disgusting.

I have to say I was having a hard time finding what I wanted but my experience went from frustrating to Happy!! Customer service from associate Shanelle V. was so amazing! She greeted me and offered to help find what I was looking for and made me feel so at ease. I’ve Been coming to this Marshall’s for over 2 years and never have I had such a nice welcoming feeling from any other associate. She helped me find the exact item and guided me to the line . Wonderful wonderful!! Will be coming back
