If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was in yesterday buying someone 1 pack of panties. I was told I had 14 days to return the only item i was buying. They were the wrong size, so I returned less than 24 hours to exchange them. I was informed that I needed to keep them because exchanges aren't allowed. The cashier yesterday DID NOT tell me there weren't any exchanges on these items before I purchased it.They should post signs saying all sales are final when you leave the store, no matter what the cashier or receipt tells you. I have been coming to Coral Square since they opened, and this store shouldn't be allowed.I have 3 pairs of Tangas that are still attached to the hanger...can't be worn.

I purchased three items asked a young lady that checked me out if I can return any item, and she said yes before 14 days. Two days later I go back because one of the items I bought it had a hole when sewed manufacture missed a part. When I spoke to the manager, the manager said to me, sorry we cannot refund you I replied I don’t want a refund I just want to exchange the item for the same one except one that sewed correctly He said no, he could not refund me nor exchange the item because I had already taken it home. I reviewed his receipt and nowhere in the receipt nor the store has any advertisement saying that you cannot returned any damaged goods, or buy at your own risk. The store has a very bad business ethic.

I bought a dress for $45 and it didn’t fit and the manager saw me buy it and I said if it didn’t fit I would return it. I came back with receipt to return in and they said that after 14 days its not returnable which I was not told. I do not recommends this store the employees and the main manager are rude and not helpful, they lost a loyal client. No wonder they only have 2 stars.

I’m in the store and I got 3 items and 2 from a rack that says $2 and the third piece was 5.99 from a different rack. She rings up my stuff and I pay and it comes to $24. I’m like how I got my items off the two dollar rack!!! Then she says all clearance items final sale I’m like i didn’t even leave the store yet lady can I at least do an exchange, she then says no she can’t exchange it either. I am heated! This is ridiculous and customers should not be treated like that. The rudeness of the employees here is disgusting. I will not be shopping here anymore.

Very rude and racist. Loss prevention guy follows you around the store. Make shopping very uncomfortable. Manager is very!!!! If I could give no stars I would.

My worst experience ever, shopping at Madrag clothing stores. This Spanish looking employee who claims she is the manager need to revisit what it means to provide customers with good customer service. I bought an item and the price was not visible on the item, the price advertised on the top of the rack, is not what I was charged after paying with cash, I check my receipt and realized that the price at the top of the rack is not what I was charged so I asked for a refund and she refused and walked away pointing to a sign by the register, I then mentioned that I just bought the item and I am still in the store. I didn't go anywhere, she kept walking without acknowledging me. It was not until I started talking loud enough for her to hear me she return yelling, I am going to call the security, to her surprise the security refused to come to the store. So I had to called the police to intervene.

I'm arrived at 10:30. The girl in front of me closed the store, left and said it will open at 11. If you open at 11 then change your opening hours. Everyone has their own plans and deeds and not everyone has the opportunity to wait

Manager of the store is incredibly rude. Refused to price match an item that was on clearance in a larger size but was full price in my size. It was the same exact item but she refused to do anything to make it right. In addition to this, the customer in front of me took 10 minutes to continue shopping around the store and instead of setting that customer’s items aside while she continued to shop, the cashier made me wait in “line” as the other woman shopped. As others have said, they have cute clothes but the staff is awful. Won’t be back and do not recommend. Check out Papaya instead. Same mall, similar clothes and prices and much nicer staff.

Horrible shopping experience... the clothes are reasonable prices and I thought I found my new spot.... but this girl with at the fitting room today (04/30/22) would NOT stop hovering over me (as if I would steal a $2 item....really?) Wasn't doing ANYTHING to all the other women in the fitting room.Safe to say even with the prices, I'm not going back to this HORRIBLE store..... Can't say I'm gonna not tell this to every friend and family member I have as well. Awful. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store in my LIFE!!!!!!

First time shopper here at this location as I work a lot .. after work on a Saturday afternoon I stopped by . Selections is an understatement as their were plenty ❤️ Went in a picked up a pair of jeans for 16.99 only to checkout the register and pay only 1.99? score . This is my new go to for work and every day chic and relaxed vibes

Came here by myself with my toddler and they accused me of using her diaper bag fo steak when they don't have $but worth stealing which is why I left Empty handed. Opened the bag and showed it was empty they then made me dig out my daughters bag and continued to watch me walk through the mall after I left the store.
