We had a flood in my house caused by a washing machine drain malfunction and had to replace 205SF of laminate flooring. I was able to find a great match called Tobacco Road Acadia at a reasonable price with discount. We chose the delivery option and it was well worth not having the hassle of travel traffic, loading & unloading. Their driver, Sorin, was polite and very professional. We are pleased with our purchase & would buy from LLF again. Thanks.

I have to give LL Flooring 1 Star. Installation and the store was flawless. I'm having an issue with their Customer service if I can give them a Negative Zero I would. My floors looked great for the past 2yrs now I'm seeing them lift a litte.I called customer service back in Dec of 2023. I submitted pictures they said they will send someone to make an assessment. They called me gave me the # of 2 ppl to come to my home. I took the day off work NO SHOW!!! THEY never called to apologize. I called back comtomer service dpoke to the supervisor this time. He asured me they are still trying to find someone to come and look at my floors.I have their # on speed dail and call them on a weekly basis trying to get answers !!!! and I get the same stupid run around "Oh I'm looking for someone to go your home.We are now in April and Still No one has come to my home to make an assessment and the floors are getting worse. STAY AWAY From LL Flooring they will take your $ and good luck when you have an issue with their product!!!! THEY DONT stand by their quality of work or product TENTHOUSAND Dollars Down the drain. Your better off going to Lowes or Home Depot at least they resolve their issues.
