Great place, great staff. I initially came here March of 2023 after my vision started getting worse with my outdated EyeLab prescription. The eye tech was really nice, so the (I assume) manager that I don't think works there anymore. And despite the glasses I ordered being mislabeled, I was able to get the correct ones I ordered at no extra charge even though they were more expensive.I came here again today because my Ray-bans right arm was having very weird issues. The lady there today was really nice, but wasn't able to fix the glasses as the screw seems to have been stuck. It was also discovered I was out of warranty by about 8 days. She advised me that they have done exceptions so long as the warranty was before 10 days post-expiration but she couldn't authorize it because she wasn't a manager and there's no manager on site today. She instructed me to go across the street because there's a manager there, and if you want to see how that went check out that review, but ultimately the dismissive manager drove me back here to beg for help. She advised me to call the Coconut Creek location, but she advised me she will ask her manager tomorrow and follow up with me regardless.Very nice, attentive, and caring.

Edit: clearly the Google. Commenter does t read the reviews because they commented they were happy I was satisfied when I clearly wasn’t. Having said that, I finally got ahold of the store and a new employee Dee (or just D I’m not sure of the spelling) answered and she looked in to the issue and called me exactly when she said she would, updated me on the resolution, and then called me to verify today as she said she would. They are reordering the contacts for me and said I should hear back in a couple days. She went out of her way to help me resolve the issue and was kind and apologetic through the whole process.To the manager/owner of this location: don’t take advantage of this employee. She is gold and an absolute star. Give her what she deserves and treat her right because it isn’t easy to find employees like her. THANK YOU DEE!I may very well be changing this review to a 1 star instead and it breaks my heart because I LOVED the eye doctor and I felt good about my glasses and they helped me choose my glasses so I was happy. Less than two weeks later they called to tell me that my glasses were ready and I went to pick them up and asked about my contact shipment that I payed for at the same time I ordered my glasses. The manager looked it up and told me they had shipped. A week later I hadn’t gotten them so I called and was told they were back ordered and she would call me with an update in the next day or two. I’m about 2 months out now (probably more) and no contacts, no call, AND no answer when I’ve called multiple times on multiple days…this is really frustrating. I have been loyal to LensCrafters for years and this makes me sad.

Amazing experience today!! So helpful and professional. The ladies were able fix them while I shopped, and they were so nice to my daughter as well.

The service I received from Lisa the so called manager of this store was appalling. After placing an order for replacement sunglass over a month ago, to date I have not received one call from them to let me know that the glasses I ordered were discontinued. When I questioned her as to why no one had called me to let me know she brushed it off saying, you were away, like that has anything to do with why no one called. I called yesterday and was told I will call you back in an hour, which never happened. Today I called 11 times until she picked up the phone, with a horrible attitude. LensCrafters you will not see me again. I would like my money back asap.

Not a fan of this location I was told my glasses will be done Friday at the latest which makes 10 days they’ll need to get my glasses finished , I called on the 11th day about 10 times nobody answered the phone!! Just wanted information on when I’ll be able to see again . Not to mention DAY 8 they called and asked me do I want to put my NEW prescription in the NEW glasses . Like why else would I come for an exam ? I won’t be back .

It's been nothing short of an amazing experience at this location. This review is about Adriana. She is such an amazing person and it's been an absolute pleasure to have her deal with us. From start to finish, she has been extremely caring, kind and very friendly. She's the testament of going above and beyond. Highly recommend anyone visiting to ask for her. Second, they have good selection of glasses and clear explanation of benefits and coverage. Overall, highly highly recommend this place.

Antonio is a marvel. He is genuinely caring about his customers. His knowledge is amazing and his approach to helping customers is endless. If not for him I would not have purchased my glasses. He is a find ! He should be managing his own store.

I have been a loyal customer of Lenscrafters for over 30 years both in New York and for the last 17 years in Florida. I have spent thousands of dollars over those years for my family to get glasses. I went to the Lenscrafters at Macys and bought 2 pairs of glasses spending over 600 dollars and one of the glasses needed to be returned I didn't have the glasses more than a week. I went back and the wonderful woman Adriana that I was dealing with was on vacation. So against my better judgement I allowed Antonio to assist me with getting a new pair BUT he then Charged me 25 dollars more and said I had to pay it as it was part of my warranty. I thought the warranty was after my 30 days. I would not deal with anyone but Adriana again she is awesome!
