Place closed and did not notify me. They do not answer their phone. You can only leave messages. I have an appt today and doors are locked. I want a refund for my laser hair removal treatments. Very unprofessional place. I am very disappointed to have to waist my time

The service wasn’t bad when I went there they were knowledgeable and good I kept coming back because I paid a package for certain amount of laser. Lately customer service is not good at all. They had to cancel my appointment 30 min prior due to a problem with the machine, which I get it but to reschedule my time I had to call maybe 5 times cause no-one answers the phone, I managed to go on my 30 min lunch time which I work 3 min away and I waited at the waiting room for 20 min while the lady was making calls, disrespectful.I was going once a month and last 2 times I couldn't make a payment cause Sofia was not there and they told me to not worry cause she will call me before charging my card, which she never did, and my card was charged.Today after a year going there, and paying $45, after the application the new lady just looked at me and said "Its $55". I asked why nobody told me, when did that happened and she showed me a sign that says that all the prices are going up starting January 2023.Today is December 7th 2022.I felt robbed. Someone should've told me that prices went up $10. Really disappointed with lack of communication.Service: Laser hair removal

So I do noticed the response from the company left implying that they waived a fee in the past. Which has NEVER been done at all and lied. Beware when the business starts lying. The only time it was missed was due to an emergency. I paid it on the next visit without hesitation taking accountability I missed it. The last time was the business fault for not returning the phone calls I had left Multiple times throughout the day and mixing up my appt, which was out of my control due to the lack of miscommunication. Also when I spoke about it prior making my appt. I wouldn't have had an issue if the Iady who booked me for the last appt. wouldn't had said they would waive it when I got there which they never did but I see no accountability has been taken but I wish you guys the best on future clients love, Hopefully you guys work on the cust. service next time and communication skills :).Service: Laser hair removal

The service wasn’t bad when I went there they were knowledgeable and good I kept coming back because my laser hair lady moved to Atlanta. I’ll give credit where it’s due BUT it’s the customer service that was poor. They lack communication within everyone. Due to someones mistake there not even sure who it was on the phone they rescheduled me for the wrong day and time. I called to reschedule and I wasn’t even booked for a day they told me to come back. So when I rescheduled they had called me prior prob. an hour before they had to cancel due to the laser being down. I understand things happen so they put one on a Saturday which was hard to go around my schedule. So I decided to Call but no one answered, went ahead and called again nothing. Third time nothing at my end I tried to cancel my appointment because of work. So I forgot about it the next day about it since I was busy that Saturday. When I booked a new appointment a lady over the phone told me it’s okay to come in and explain the situation so I wouldn’t get charged the missed appointment fee. I said okay booked but then when I got there she said I was still going to get charged for it. In this economy they should be lenient because with inflation happening rn and I also worked around the cancellation I also had to miss my own time but keeping clients isn’t important since they got it like that. I don’t like how this situation was handled which aggravated me. Anywho, the services isn’t as bad but be aware of a lot of times no one is answering the phones just in case you have an emergency and need to cancel.No one’s on the same page. 4/10.Service: Laser hair removal

I'm a current client getting laser hair removal. I'm getting the results after five treatments and it is nice to have to shave less. Definitely recommend. Staff is great and makes sure the procedure goes as comfortable as possible

I just started going to vanity skin and laser a month ago and have been seeing results already where i get laser. 100% would recommend this place for laser hair removal !
